Im very happy to say that I had a great experience with the guys at The Computer Source. I brought my laptop in because it was freezing up and having troubles starting up and shutting down, and it was no problem for these guys. Very fast and affordable service, especially for college students in a college town.

Theses guys have fixed my phone screens for years. They know there stuff. Best place in Macomb

Very fair pricing and timely repairs! Conveniently located right on the square. The staff at The Computer Source was super communicative and timely in replacing the motherboard on my laptop. They described what the problem was in an easy to understand manner and put everything back together neatly. A quote was provided for the repairs, but the actual cost was less and they made sure to reflect that on the receipt. Ethernet to USB adapters, ethernet cables, and other tech accessories are also available in store. I would come back to The Computer Source for sure!

While trying to get my laptop working for school I got really upset and frustrated about the service I was getting from my customer service for my product. While not enjoying being transferred 5 times, disconnected 7 times, and hung up on once I was in dire need of professional help that was not stationed on the other side of the globe or could not understand simple terminology. I called The Computer Source and explains my issues, they were kind enough to handle my needs timely and professionally.This is not the first time Ive used their services. My laptop was severely damaged. I dropped it and the wireless mouse chip got lodged inside the USB port and basically had my computer in some sort of coma. I took my laptop into The Computer Source and a man took my computer and miraculously got my device to operate again. He removed the piece that was lodged inside my computer and ran it for a diagnosis. I had a great experience and I knew my laptop was in good hands upon dropping it off. I would certainly recommend The Computer Source for laptop repairs, both physical damage and internal damage.

The staff is willing to do what it takes to help repair your computers and other devices. If you are looking for a new computer they will make sure you are getting the right device that suits your needs. They also recently added new Radio Shack devices and parts. As well as RC Cars!

Excellent, quick service at a reasonable price for new and refurbished products as well as repairs. They easily diagnosed and fixed in one day for a reasonable price a problem that a major companys customer support had turned into a scene that rivaled Dantes Circle(s) of Hell. I bought a lap-top for my daughter and a printer for myself, set up and ready to go. A+++++

They have a very good selection and 2 of out of the 3 employees are very respectful and knowledgeable.The third however is a complete jerk. Refuses to answer any questions, off-putting, and very lazy.I came in on January 16th to help a friend of mine purchase a laptop. From the moment we walked in, the guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. It wasnt until my friend asked about the battery life on the product that he became a problem.He gave her a difficult time when she was asking to plug it in so she could turn it on. Ultimately, he plugged it in behind the counter into an outlet that allowed the computer to turn on, but didnt charge the battery at all. I asked him if we could plug it into one of the many other outlets in the store and he told me, No. which wasnt so much a problem but it made me feel like he was attempting to sell her a defective product.He finally relented, and told us that he could plug it into the back if we would like to leave and come back later. My friend took this as a opportunity to leave the store at which point two other groups of people came in.She and I stood out front making plans to meet up later on with Matt, a very helpful employee, and while we were chatting, one of couples came out announcing, That guy doesnt know what hes talking about. When I inquired, he informed us that the same employee was just rude and refused to answer any questions beyond one or two word utterances.The third couple came out and had a look of bewilderment and disbelief on their face. I didnt speak to them, but its safe to say that it was probably the same employee being rude.If this is how they treat their customers then they will soon lose their business on the Square. Even if its just one employee who doesnt understand how to be polite to customers.

Showed up at 11am on 1/17/19 when they are supposed to be open and had no response. Called the number, its disconnected....soooo

They were so helpful. They fixed my laptop in one day. And prices are so cheap. I would recommend their service to anyone. These guys were amazing.

Its not that I dislike this place its that salesperson tell me they can give me a Diagnostics on my computer for free which I explained to him about a problem I had with someone hacking into my computer and gave me rhyme and reason for what I might have been seeing,but I still got no Diagnostics and he had the look of disgust on his face when he was talking to me what it could have been that I was seeing but I still recommend that you can go to this place theyll treat you fair

DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS, absolutely clueless when it comes down to phones (arguably more difficult type repairs)They replaced my screen for $100 they then broke the sensor and my phone no longer sleeps when on calls which means I have to hold it off of my ear otherwise my face hits random numbers and closes the call.Ontop of this they broke another phone that I referred to them (my mistake...) After breaking it, they said Well we fixed the reason you came in, now you can go to apple since its under warranty ... really?Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible everything.Get what you pay for, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Big time liars on their return policy. Had said that their return policy was 14 days to my face. Next day i come in returning the UNTOUCHED product, same guy tells me im a liar and that there is no return policy. 1 star.

I just had a new sound card, USB board and upgrade to my laptops memory installed at Computer Source and I can say that I am VERY happy with both the quality of work performed and the short amount of time it took them to do it!!.....They are definitely my first source for computer issues in Macomb!!!
