We have been customers of Jessup’s for many years. Our first experience was getting an estimate for an alarm system. Months later we came backto get the alarm installed and Jim gave us credit when the company had lowered its price $60 on this particular system since our first encounter. It was a great feeling knowing that this company treats its customers with respect and not just as a dollar sign when you walk through their doors.Zack also deserves high praise for his customer service and standing completely behind their product and workmanship. Jessups is the place to go for any services you need that they offer. They treat you like family, awesome prices, and have even kept the shop open late to help when needed. They are the best of the best. I happily drive an hour to get there. They have made my ignition interlock experience a breeze!

I came here because of my Sons recommendation on the service they provide. I drove almost am hour to get here, but Im glad I did. Everything was installed flawlessly and prices are about the best you can find anyway!

Bit disappointed. Came in and there was no one in the front. Waited for 20min before someone noticed I was there. The wait was for not. Turns out the work I needed done couldnt be done..or be didnt feel comfortable doing it. He would try to do it but at a cost of over 100$ and there would be no guarantee it would still get done. That was just for the attempt. The owner(?) Was friendly, he tried to explain things. I guess I just expected more from from the place, especially for something that I considered would be simple for someone in this kind of business to do. Maybe next time. .?

Jim does great work and stands behind every vehicle. Only shop I will take our fleet to have strobes, alarms, auto start or radar detectors installed.

Called them at 8am got me in right away and had a remote start installed by the afternoon. Friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Definitely recomend Jessups for any auto security and remote start needs.

The owner of the shop is not very friendly and the way he treats customer very mean and unkind.
