Henner and his team are very professional and help us removed a tree and did some pruning on a big tree. He is very responsive and the service was done within a few days after requested. Reasonable charge and highly recommended!

We just had Henner, and his team cut down a bunch of trees and branches at the front and backyard, including a 70-80ft tree that was blocking out the sun! Even though they were located in Lynn, they were still able to arrive on time around 8-9am to start work in Quincy where we live. They worked tirelessly and were so efficient with their work. We hired L&T to grind several stumps and take out a few trees including one that was more than 60 feet tall. They did an excellent job and we couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. The tall tree was brought down with extreme care. And they cleaned all the debris up before they left our yard so well that we would have never known they were there.

This crew did a thorough job, were quick, and cleaned up nicely. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

We had several quotes for removing our trees and these guys offered us the best price by far. They went above and beyond our expectations. They removed the trees, cut the stumps level to the ground, cleaned everything up and left the yard looking great. I would call these guys back in a heartbeat.

I called L&T after reading these other reviews and I agree with all of them! I wish I could give 10 stars. Do not waste your time calling around for other quotes, you dont need to. I called Hener on Monday and he was at my house Wednesday evening.I had a very large crack on my pine tree branch that had to go. I was so sad to have to trim this but as the crack got larger and larger over only a few weeks, it had to be done.My neighbors could not believe at how quick this job was done, I would say under 2 hours for this very large forked branch. They cleaned up everything, chucked everything into the chipper and were on their way.Getting the bucket truck into my driveway was less than desirable but they made it happen. This branch also happened to lie directly over the fence between mine and my neighbors yard to cause extra anxiety. They had no issue keeping 99% of the branch debris on our side and even went over to my neighbors yard to clean up the very few small branches that fell there. Absolutely no damage was done to the fence which was great!I asked Hener for business cards and already had my boss calling him for other tree work in Chelsea. I will 100% be calling back if my tree needs to be trimmed again and I will recommend to anyone that will listen!

Henner came promptly to give me an estimate. He said he needed fences removed to do the work, which I did two days later. I called and he told me which day and time (6-24 @ 8:00 am) he would be removing the trees. He NO SHOWED and never responded to my texts or calls. I took the morning off from work to have this done. Very irresponsible.

Hener and his crew did a great job trimming some branches, removing 7 trees (including an 80 foot pine between a brand new fence and cable wires), and ground 3 stumps for a great price without complication. I will definitely be calling them again when we need other trees on our property trimmed or removed.

We had 2 large trees removed from a very tight space. These guys did a great job at a very fair price. I wouldnt hesitate to utilize their services again.

I am very impressed with LT Tree Service. I called about removing a tree that was damaged and hanging over my neighbors house. They came for a quote that same afternoon and estimated a very reasonable price. Plus, they were able to have the tree taken down the very next day. I am so grateful they got the job done right away because another storm could have knocked it over completely and we would have had an even bigger problem. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they cleaned up afterwards. Thank you!!

I would not do business with them..I called them4 times everytime he picked up said he will be there..never showed up..why tell people you will be there and never shiw..I took work to meet him at my home..called him in the morning he said..I am on my way..very strange ..do not do business with this company.

Henner and his crew were fantastic. I got a same-day quote, and they came a week later to do the job. It was a removal of a 103 foot Ash tree. They finished ahead of schedule, and left the area very clean. Henner was professional, responsive, and friendly to deal with. L&T was the lowest of 3 quotes, by a significant amount.I would absolutely use L&T Tree Service again, and recommend them to anyone.

Easy, responsive and quick estimate process. Affordable prices and excellent work by Henner and his team. They removed 18 trees from my property in 5 hours, and did a great job cleaning up the yard at the end. Highly recommended!

I’m giving them a two star grade because they did come and remove the tree. He said he would be back on Friday to grind the stump, and asked if I could give him some money. I guess I was a bit to trusting because I gave Henner 2/3 of the total. As I’m sure can guess... never showed on Friday. Called multiple times and then finally after saying I was going to put a negative review... he called back. Told me he would definitely be back on Friday to finish the job. So Friday came and went and guess what... no call, no show. Called again multiple times.. and after saying forget it and I will writing this review... a different person called me to apologize and ask for one more chance. Against my better judgement I agreed, and of coarse for the third straight week in a row... no call, no show. This company is absolutely brutal to deal with. It wasn’t worth the 200 dollar less they quoted me. Run... don’t walk away from this LT Tree services!

Hired these guys recently. They did an excellent job. Showed up on time. They were courteous and professional. Job was completed when they said it would. We threw in a last minute change order fterand they accommodated our request, with no problems. They also cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Most of all, the price was very fair. Will be hiring them again next spring.

Jenner and his crew did a great job! When he finished, you could not see any clue that he was there except the trees were trimmed. They were on-time, polite and did a fantastic job.

We hired Henner to cut down 3 trees and do some trimming. He was very prompt and did a great job with the trees. Unfortunately, we paid him in full when he said he would be back the next day to finish the trimming. It took 3 different re-schedules and several text messages to get him to come back. It is too bad we could never recommend this company based on their lack of communication and professionalism because they do great work when they show up. Also, still waiting for Henner to show up (supposed to be last Sunday) to grind the stumps. We have moved on to another tree service for that job.

I cant compliment these guys enough. They did an amazing job taking down two super tall trees in a very confined space. It was incredible to watch. They were prompt, diligent, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards and on top of all that the price was very competitive. I would refer them in a heartbeat. Many thanks Henner!
