I had to come take a 3 hour glucose test and they took me right away. I love it here, the staff is so nice and funny. Nothing about this test is fun (Im still sitting here) but this is much more enjoyable than anticipated

The staff here are very professional and personable. If you have ever had a nightmare experience with having blood work done, this place will definetly change your outlook for the better. Phlebotomist Marilyn is Amazing!!! I had 12 large vials taken and I didnt feel a thing! Quick and painless =)

SO NICE!!! I just had a baby and they were so accommodating and understanding of the huge stroller I had to lug through the doors. Made sure there was room in the room I got my blood drawn in, prioritized seeing me since they knew I only had a short amount of time before my baby woke up. Haven’t had customer service like this in years - thank you! How all businesses should be. :-)

Wow this location far exceed my expectations. I am so glad I brought my 2 year old here. The front desk staff were friendly, and efficient. The phlebotomist found his vein the first time and my baby boy did not cry. I was shocked and relieved.

Blue & Maryline are amazing!!! My two year old baby was in good hands! They are professional, friendly and great with kids. Handled my daughter with such care and love. Highly recommended for children!!

Amazing people! We went to this facility to do blood work for both myself and my wife. When the work was done, we made a mistake to rush and she faded in front of the facility. Not just that the nurses came out of the building to take care of her, but also I got a call from them couple of hours later just to check in.Thanks guys! I wish you all the best.

Friendly and helpful staff however every time I go there I leave with the biggest black and blue and a swollen arm. I was there today and I dont know what she hit with that needle but Ive got a bump at the injection site and pain all the way to my shoulder

We went here for our baby because of the good reviews and we were very satisfied. Waited only about 20 minutes and the technicians were really gentle and fast in dealing with our baby. Only 1 poke to draw blood not multiple times like in some other places.

I went to lab Corp in Lyndhurst with 3 nervous kids. The front desk woman was pleasant and helpful. The nurse who took the blood(I don’t know her name) was absolutely awesome. She made my kids laugh and was able to keep them calm. She even did a TikTok dance for my daughter!!! Definitely recommend this place. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer more caring nurse. If she sees this THANK YOU!

I had a 1215 appointment, arrived at 11:45 was in and out by 12N. The staff was great, the rooms were clean - highly recommend!

Lady at the front desk has a serious attitude problem. Nothing will get someone a 1 star rating faster than unnecessary attitude. Oh for the record you check in at the iPads in the back of the waiting room, and if you don’t know that, you will be treated like a moron. Come to think of it, those iPads can probably do 90% of her job with much friendlier service

What a great experience. I didnt have an appointment and they got me in really quick. The staff was amazing I dealt with three different people and each person was extremely nice, polite and very helpful.

Worse place to go! I rather drive half hour away, front desk person is super rude, waited for about 2 hours for her to tell me ..yeah I was looking and we don’t have any orders from your doctor !!! Are you kidding me I wasted 2 hours waiting for her to tell me that, not coming here never again

Amazing experience! Usually going to any of these places is a real drag. But the employees here are true professionals and they are super sweet.

I love getting my blood taken from here! All of the lab technicians are so kind and understanding, especially Marilyn :) I am petrified of getting my blood taken but she always finds a way to make me feel at home. I always walk out with a smile on my face!

Wait times weren’t too long. Observed front desk staff being rude to other patients and seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. They flipped through half of my paperwork and only 1 of my test orders was put in - so off to another labcorp I go to have blood drawn again!

Care for my two-year-old daughter was horrible, they had to pierce her two arms for leaving the needle loose. I do not recommend.

Ive been to a bunch of different Labcorps and this one is one of the best. I told the woman I get lightheaded when I get blood drawn and she immediately started talking to me and I wasnt lightheaded at all. She was a sweetheart. Sadly, I didnt get her name but she was wonderful.

I am sitting in the parking lot at LabCorp right now...after giving 12 tubes of blood at LabCorp and 4 tubes 45minutes before at the doctor’s.I couldn’t have been taken care of by a better group of ladies. If I had 8 hands I would not have been able to handle as many tasks as Blue did at the reception desk— (and I’m a preschool teacher—I’m quite familiar with multi-tasking). From technical support with check-in, to checking on who was coming in the door and supporting them, answering phone calls, making copies, putting in the codes for my bloodwork, and supporting two other patients (one of which was a two year old)...I just couldn’t believe how calm, cool, collected and pleasant she was through all of it. All in a matter of minutes. She asked a colleague, Marilyn, for help on a code lookup and they finished up my paperwork in minutes as a team. The lady who drew my blood was also sweet and quick. (I wish I asked her name!) She took 12 tubes from me—a lady who usually turns white, has her ears ring and sees white spots after bloodwork. I had none of that.It was such a pleasant experience I had to write a review about it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.Thank you, essential workers,—and you ladies in particular—for showing how it’s done. 🙌🏼

Minimal wait. Kind Staff and painless blood drawn

Just went in this morning for my 11 year old son to get his routine bloodwork done. Ms. Denise was great! We checked in at 7:00 had the blood drawn and were out by 7:20. He didnt flinch or cry. They were great!

I have visited many labs in my life, this is by far THE BEST!!!! Staff is friendly and attentive (even at 7AM when they open!). Service is incredibly fast! I literally signed in, sat down, and was called in immediately! 5 stars does not do their service justice!

Absolutely terrifying and awful experience at labcorp Lyndhurst this morning. Shame on you guys for 100% lack of social distancing guidelines. My next action will be contacting the governors office to report you guys. In a very small space there were at least 35 people in there all at once. You cannot even stand in line without people walking in the door and brushing up against you. I am truly disgusted at the lack of care you have for other people’s safety. Shame on you guys.

I took my 3 year old daughter for pediatric blood work and the service provided was terrible. My daughter was crying and they didnt say a word to to make her feel better. The lady (cant remembered her name) called someone else to assist her and were holding my daughters arm until it got purple. I told them to let her go and left the place.

Disappointed with today’s visit. No soap and paper towels in the rest room.. Unacceptable during a pandemic.

We took our 1 year old for routine bloodwork. The staff there were so kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. We will definitely go back for future bloodwork. Marylin helped us and she was amazing.

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant, and I have been going to this LabCorp for all of my necessary blood work. I have to say that the people who work there are INCREDIBLE! No one is ever happy to get their blood drawn, but I can say that they made it an enjoyable experience. For my first two sets of blood work, Johanna drew my blood. She was super personable, and very good. When I went in for my glucose test, Ash was AMAZING. I cannot say it enough. He has such a way with patients, and was very attentive. Then, a week later, I had to go back in for the 3 hour glucose test (on my birthday, nonetheless), and again, Ash helped me out. He offered to let me relax inside if I needed to, and drew my blood himself every time the hour rolled around. Thank you to everyone there for making the experience better than I could have expected!

I was hesitant to come here because of some bad reviews I saw on yelp, but the location is very convenient for me so I gave it a try. I had to do a series of tests over 4 consecutive days. Over this period of time I encountered a handful of staff members and each one was kind, helpful, and some even showed a sense of humor. I made an appointment online and was there for no longer than 15 minutes. The check-in process is quick and easy. This location is very efficient and I have nothing bad to say.

I went there with my 18 month old son and I was so pleased with everything. The staff was really nice, the wait wasnt long at all, we only waited 5 min and the girl that was taking my sons blood was the best. She found his vain on the first try unlike experience i had before where they kept poking him, this girl is good. I am very happy that i chisc this location. Very professional staff

Great place to go if you need blood work; i never have to wait long with their walk in hours.. the staff is excellent; they are friendly, kind & caring... you will always feel super comfortable around them! If I ever have any questions they are always answered on the spot..Thumbs up for cleanliness too.. if you live in the area, or even if you dont, this is the best Labcorp around 😉 i will only come here!

We brought our little one here for her one year bloodwork without an appointment on a Saturday. The staff was efficient, professional and kind. One nurse was not confident that she could find the vein on my little one’s arm. She asked for help! She worked with another nurse to successfully draw blood without my baby shedding even one tear. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great experience each time I go there. No appointment needed especially during off peak hours. Even as a walk in, there’s hardly a wait. The staff is always professional and friendly. Not to mention they are great with pediatric bloodwork as well. I’ve been to other labcorps and this one is by far the best. From staff friendliness to ease of process. Other facilities should hold up to the same standard of practice. 👍🏼

Loved the staff here. From the minute i walked in the door my daughter started crying because she knew what shshe was going there for. The amazing staff started to speak to her and insure her that it will be quick and tried to comfort her. Loved every single one of them. Never went in a labcorp that was so fast and sweet. This will forever me my place to go to.

Although Union City is much closer to me, the Google Reviews scared me off. Because I was paying a Lyft to get here, I wanted it to be perfect and it was! My appointment was for 8pm. I got in early at 7:45 and was done by 8pm! Amazing! The staff is very courteous too.

Reading all the 2 star reviews for the other labcorps made me go here, even though this one is further from my house. It was worth it. Checking in was simple and everything went smoothly. Very courteous staff.

Best Labcorp ever! The staff is extremely courteous. Wait time minimal, on a WEEKEND! After having a bad experience at another location in Clifton, I decided to give this one a chance. And- oh so glad I did! Dealing with a nonverbal special needs kid is difficult, our phlebotomist was able to deal with our child screaming and everything! God bless him! Made online 2:15 appointment and was taken almost immediately. Not crowded and very clean and friendly. I needed 14 tubes of blood taken and they let me lay down, got the vein on first try with barely any pain and lay awhile. Best lab experience Ive had and Ive had plenty.

I suspect the reviews for this place are fake. The hours are 7am - 3pm. So anyone saying they had an appointment at 7:45pm is mistaken.I came in yesterday at 3:30pm and saw they had closed at 3:00pm. I didn’t look their hours up online, so that is my mistake. BUT, I come in again this morning at 7:15am, and the girl at the counter tells me they only do drug screening from 11am-2pm M-F, and those hours aren’t posted anywhere. I guess they advertise their drug screen hours by word of mouth?Now I have to go for a third time, driving in traffic all the way...

The reception didnt even look at me when I was asking a simple question, they want you in and out in the bad way. I went for a simple drug test and it look like they do not have time for those think in this place. Horrible customer service.

I went in around 2pm today to get blood and I was literally in and out. I went in at 2pm and was out by 2:30pm. The staff is really funny and laid back, they make you feel really comfortable. There were a few locations closer to my house but Im glad I didnt go anywhere else!!

I’ve been going to lab corp ever since I was a little girl for any type of blood work. Staff is always great! Waiting time is never long. This is the only lab Corp I like going to. I hate going to any other.

The appointment system they have works great. Complete your personal info from home and book your appointment. I had an 8am appointment and was done by 8:10am. Friendly staff too.

I dont write googlee reviews but for this place i will. Very good service and everyone is happy and nice in there. also, labcorp if you see this give the girl who draws blood a raises shes really nice and talented.

While the staff is quick to attend to your needs and keep the wait time lower than other local LabCorp locations, it may be a result of cutting corners. I went to this location for bloodwork requiring multiple venipunctures. Because the person taking care of me was in a rush, I had small hematomas on each arm (which are still healing weeks later), likely because the needles were placed too far into my arms/through the veins. When I brought this to their attention, they sort of shrugged it off, telling me to ice my arms when I got home and if needed, to go to my physician. Its clear that retraining may be needed so that technicians can avoid things like this, just something to consider, particularly if the patient is a small child, elderly person, etc. I will not be returning here in the future.-------------------*UPDATE*Went to Labcorp in Millburn for additional testing, would highly recommend this facility although it is a bit of a drive.
