We had a skunk trapped under our in ground trampoline on a Saturday. Adam and his partner with Bug Tech were super professional and removed the skunk without issue. They then went on to re-home it away from people. Thank you Bug tech for the wonderful customer service!

DO NOT USE THEM. We got bug tech to spray for spiders because we saw the good the reviews. They came once and we still saw spiders. We called them once again and they told us they weren’t going to charge us the second time. When they sprayed the second time they charged us AGAIN same price as the first time. Now we still see spiders and bigger then before! Do not spend your money with them please. Go to D’s pest control, they only spray once and all the bugs are gone!

Bug Tech is the only Pest control company I will use. Michael and his team are consummate professionals. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. They also take the time to stay up to-date with continuing education, and cutting edge technology. They maintain my home. I highly recommend them. Their service is by far the best in Lubbock.

I switched over to Bug Tech a little over two years ago and I’ve been extremely satisfied! They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very thorough! Brent Nelson is the best and always does a great job! We had to text a picture of what we thought was a bee hive after hours and within a short amount of time they got back with us and told us it was just a swarm of bees and they should be gone in 2-3 days and they were spot on. I’m glad I made the switch to Bug Tech!

Decided to use Bug Tech after we discovered that we had a bed bug infestation. After 5 treatments. Let me repeat, 5 TREATMENTS & several thousands of dollars later & we still could not resolve our bed bug issue. There were times we would come home after a treatment and we could not even smell the slightest of odor from the Bug Tech Technicians treatment. Honestly, Im under the impression that they just showed up to take our money. Finally, we decided we needed to try someone different. We chose Ds Pest Control. After only 2 treatments and around $800, we have finally won the battle between us and the bed bugs. After each treatment, you could tell that they physically moved items around our home and could actually smell the treatment, unlike Bug Techs invisible odorless poison. IF you want to save your money and want excellent results, avoid Bug Tech and choose Ds Pest Control.

I have had Bug Tech spray my yard for mosquitoes for the past two summers. They do a tremendous job, are very courteous and the best part is the fact that it kept the mosquitoes away for months. I highly recommend Bug Tech and their wonderful staff.
