Staff was nice. I was the first one in the door, no wait time, got my drug test done at 8:15 AM. It was quick and easy. I would definitely return to get any future drug tests done here.

This place is the biggest joke in the entire world. I’ve been here 1 other time and had issues that time getting lab work done. This time my wife and I went in of course this is self pay at that. We arrive at 4:30 and they advertise being open till 5. Unfortunately they say we’ve already closed down the computer to do lab work and we would have to come back another day. I’m sorry that’s not how businesses should operate. If your hours say from 9-5 then that’s when you should be available for service. Not shutting people down because you’re to lazy to do the work. There’s $600-800 worth of labs this visit you will never get. Plus I will make damn sure we never go there again.

If I could give them zero I would!!! Very unprofessional, they took my blood Monday asked me to come back Wednesday. Went back Wednesday & they had no idea what was done on Monday and why they asked me to come back Wednesday. Took my lab order and went to CPL, wish I would have gone to CPL the first time. Labcorp you need new employees that know what they are doing!

Front Desk lady seems to get off on making patients miserable that wait in lobby, probably because her life is miserable. Would advise to go elsewhere if possible if not, lean into the Misery ;)

Went in right after they opened and checked in only to have people arriving after me go in before me due to the front desk persons incompetence.

I showed up at 4:15 after getting off work at 4. Went to the front desk as there was another person at the kiosk filling out their information. The lady at the front desk told me I would have to come back tomorrow because she would only have time for one person. So you’re telling me you stop accepting people at 4:15 when the website says open until 5? I needed this test done in a certain amount of days. Won’t be going back if that’s how they handle service.

Went to the lab Corp on 22nd place in Lubbock. Was the first person there and stood outside in the cold and the gentleman was late to open. (10minutes) Entered the business and signed in (first) and was the third to being called back. I told Robert Domingues the person on duty I was the first person here for a reason because I am a transplant patient and need to take my meds as soon as I have blood work. He said and I quote “don’t get an attitude with me”. He said the others he called back first had an appointment. I told him I have been having blood work every Monday for three months and they have always done first come. In his rude manner he said maybe so but not today, then said sit down and I’ll call you when I’m ready for you. Well guess what Lab Corp I will have to have lab work for the rest of my life and guess where it won’t be!! You can thank Mr Domingues!!

Super friendly!! Walked in for my uds checked in on the kiosk. Got called into the back. Robert was friendly and very professional!! Highly recommend LabCorp!!!A+ service

This LapCorp is a joke not only they have only one person working they overdo their appointments. Way too many people here waiting, need to hire more personal.

This Lab Corp is extremely unprofessional. Not only do they not have secured email they were gossiping so loud it made me uncomfortable. Please avoid this place if you can.

We have been standing outside waiting for them to open at 1pm! I understand that maybe they had a late lunch but I think they fell short of taking the opportunity to practice business professional! Maybe putting a sign on the door to inform your clients what time you will be back from lunch unless you could care less about the clients waiting outside wondering if Lab will be opening up ! I just assumed they had a late lunch but how are we suppose to even know if that is the reason we are still standing out here at 1:31pm.

Their kiosk doesnt work properly and not a living breathing body is at the front desk to explain you have to manually type in the information. After 8 minutes of standing at the front desk finally someone explains that you have to manually type in your information. Even if you get here at 1:30pm some staff is late coming from lunch so everyone started getting done by 2pm. Staff was friendly and explained things simple and easy to understand.

I have always had a positive experience here. I have difficult veins and they are very pleasant and friendly.

The staff was rude and even though we’re in a pandemic, they had us packed into the wait room like sardines. They won’t let you leave the lobby if you are there for a drug test either.

Ive never been to a place that was so unprofessional in life. Literally, you can get more professionalism out of McDonalds. Not only do they force you to listen to the Christian music station (after requesting they turn it off) they arent even half decent.On Friday, I came by at around 1:00. I came in with my children. I asked the woman at the front desk if my 6 year-old child could have some water because I was there to take a drug test for work and my child was very thirsty. Rather than allowing him to have some WATER, she told me that my children needed to leave. She also informed me that even though the lab testing started at 1:30, that didnt mean that they would start at 1:30. She told me that they start when THEY are ready. In this case, I left.I then called her to ask for the supervisors number. She then told me that I was just mad because I couldnt have my kids there. I informed her that I was reporting her unprofessional behavior. She then told me that the office did not have a supervisor and she hung up on me.I came back later that day to take the lab test I needed. They then had the Christian music station on. I turned it off twice because I didnt want to hear it and the woman in the back proceeded to tell me that they needed to hear it.

Very rude, I checked in on the monitor in the lobby walked outside to get my mask because I realized you were supposed to have it and when I came back in they told me sorry I would have to come back tomorrow that they were at maximum capacity

The front desk lady was very rude, not only to me, but also to an elderly couple who were having difficulty working the Express Check-In Kiosk. I was able to go get labs done at Covenant Hospital they were very kind and handled their business no problem! I would recommend ANYWHERE ELSE if at all possible!!

Clean building. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly. The sign in process could be a bit easier. I like the checkin at the Kiosk but it is hard to know to do that because of the location of it since it isnt what your eyes find when you walk in. Other than that, no complaints.

If I could give this place last then I star I would went to the office the receptionist name Lili M was very rude and unprofessional acted like she didn’t wanna be at work could not even say good morning was very hateful if you don’t like ur job find something else.

I walked in and the personnel just stared at me. I walked to the desk she rudely told me that drug test stop 30 minutes before lunch time. So why say you are open till 12 when truly your not? I come back after lunch and once again she just rudely pointed to a kiosk saying sign in over there. I will be passing this information over to my corporate office hoping they will stop using this place.

I would give no stars if it was possible. Not organized!! Asking me how the job needs to be done How am I suppose to know what form needs to be used. unprofessional.

I really hope someone from the company sees the reviews particularly the rudeness. Being unfriendly, unwelcoming, short even if you are the only one working is just unacceptable. Being a lab facility Im sure there are ALOT of not well terminal patients having to give labs the last thing they need is rudeness. Its the last thing anyone needs ! Period. I was there for a employment drug test. I got there at 8 I was told testing didnt start until 8:30 I said thats fine I will check in and be the first one back as no one was there but her and I at the time. I sat there watched others come in. She was very unwelcoming and short with them aswell. However I did notice one thing when 2 men her race came in the whole vibe changed she was smiling and laughing and friendly Unacceptable ! I sat there until 9 a hour after I got there and finally got called back. There was no friendliness what so ever I continued to try to make small talk I asked if she was the only one there and her reply was yes and sarcastically said and its already been so fun. They do blare Christian music which to me is nice I dont mind it. But maybe i needed to blare it a little louder on my way out? I will definitely choose a different facility moving forward for any kind of drug screening or labs.

I had to get a drug test done on Friday. I got there at 3:47 on the dot. Online they said they stop collecting at 4:30. There was 1 person and she told me i could not be seen. They even closed at 5 needless to say i lost my job because the lady at the front was so ready to go home. They need to hire people that actually want to work not someone who is here for a paycheck

Extremely rude. Just common curtesy when working in a medical field isn’t that hard to maintain. She acted as her job was a big inconvenience which made me a little nervous about even getting work done here.

The front desk lady is so rude. Apparently if you get there at 1118 you cannot take your drug test because they break for lunch at 1130??? The front desk lady isnt trying to help at all. All I wanted to do was pee in a stupid cup, but she was blocking me every chance she got.

Could not proceed with a valid dl which is now going to show i refused my drug test for a better new job to help my family plus lady was rude by smiling and smirking who does the test didnt have issue with front desk

Weve had several opportunities to use this lab over the last 10 years. The staff has always been professional and very friendly.

I really like the two ladies that work there. I have to get monthly blood draws and they are friendly and efficient.

This place is the worst, they are so slow. Walked in when it opened, had three people in front of me and waited an hour to be seen. I would recommend to go somewhere else!

When I walked in the door the lady at the desk didn’t say Hi or how can I help you today just all around dry. She was not very friendly she act like she didn’t want to be a work.

The only thing working here is the radio condemning sinners for being impure. The desk service is literally nonexistent, the check in kiosk doesnt scan, the survey box has no slips, and the customer service number only rings, no one answers.

This os the slowest place in the world. Very very rude.
