These people set the standard for excellence in customer service, quality of work, and deadline awareness. They spend as much time as a customer needs to be sure the design is exactly what they want. I hate to say how many hours i have spent with them because I know how busy they are on a day to day basis. I have their undivided attention every time I step in their awesome store. Trust me, I have been in that store a hundred times and am treated like a queen every time. EXCELLENT EMBROIDERY!

I wish I could recommend this business. It has a cute little shop but unfortunately this business has put me in a hard situation. I dropped off two baby gowns to be monogrammed, one for each gender as we have waited 9 months to find out what our surprise baby is. I was told it would take a week and a half at the latest. We are over two weeks in and I’m getting induced tomorrow with no gowns. I have called up twice and now they are shut down today. My surprise baby now will not have these gowns that I have a paid over $80 for on the day of their birth. This has given me a HUGE amount of stress when I should be relaxing before the birth of this child. Very disappointed and will highly recommend no one uses them if they need anything remotely on time.

I had to replace a couple hand made embroider bags for an advent calendar. Brought in ones I needed replaced as I have 3 calendars. Brought in the fabric showed what I needed done and left the bags with them for example. Who ever did it didnt pay attention and embroidered through two layers of fabric how am I suppose to make a bag out of fabric sewed together?! What a waste of money and waited weeks for them to be done couldnt even make the bags last year as it took to long to get done. I didnt think to check the fabric when I picked up just assumed they knew what there were doing. 1 star because yes the work looks nice but now cant even be used!!! Thanks for wasting my time and money... I do have photos
