UPS has now become a total JOKE! They claim no responsibility for the deliver process and state that they apologize for the lack of organization in the corporation. That the logistical system they have is flawed and they dont actually know if items will be delivered the day they state. That there notification text and email service is not a functional or able to give correct feedback. If given the option of what delivery company you can use I would suggest FEDEX OR EVEN US POST OFFICE OVER UPS. UPS IS HORRIBLE!

Repeatedly, UPS leaves the packages of others at my door. I deliver them to their rightful owners. Hopefully others will return the favor since my own mail, on multiple occasions now, was marked delivered although I did not receive it. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way for me to contact local UPS offices directly.

Awful customer service, amazon says two packages were delivered on two different days at the front door on my porch. After looking every where I couldnt find them. At this point Im affraid that the delivery guy is delivering at the wrong address, so I call ups customer service and all they can tell me is that my package was already delivered, which at this point I already knew!!!!!. That was the reason I was calling and then they just told me to go tell Amazon, so basically they dont want to do anything to fix their service.

Lied to me about dropping off package even though I have PROOF no one came by my house at the delivery time (thank goodness for Ring Camera System) note how NO ONE, not even a truck is visible at this supposed time of delivery 🙄They’ve also taken a very “devil may care” attitude about my very expensive package and where it might be!!!! Just the most unprofessional behavior.I will never ever use them again for this.

Two days in a row UPS was a no-show for delivery. They SAID they would be here today but nope! I am an online seller and disabled but I guess the only way to get my inventory shipped in to Amazon is to take it to the UPS warehouse myself since they can’t manage their drivers well enough to do there job... and they actually were trying to get my business to fulfill all our customers orders. Such a joke! I can’t depend on them to pick up my weekly inventory and they think I would actually trust them to get orders to my customers in a timely manner? NO FREAKING WAY!!!! I would give negative stars if I could!!

As a big organization, they are about the business only. This is the third time I have used UPS service and all the shipments are delayed even when they are early AM, nobody knows anything, they always say its on route but even 9 hours after the guaranteed delivery time the package had not been delivered.TRY USING ANY OTHER SERVICE, people at this site are rude, they do not help on anything, it is so frustrating.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE HOLD UP ON PACKAGES BEING MARKED AS DELAYED DUE TO ONE DAY OF SNOW IN LUBBOCK TX. I NEED MY TIME SENSITIVE PACKAGE. IF YOU CANNOT DRIVE DOWN MY STREET OR IF IT IS STILL IN THE FACILITY AS I WAS TOLD BY THE UPS REP. I prefer using this UPS facility over the small stores. the staff is always helpful.. they help me wrap and box the items Im sending, and always walk me through everything. Ive always had a positive experience at this location. its never too busy and have never had a wait that I can recall. however, they no longer accept cash at this location, so bring a credit card.

About a week ago I had a shipment that said it was delivered and it was not. After calling Target and then getting a hold of UPS they tell me that they accidentally delivered the item to an Amazon location in Lubbock... the items were supposed to go to Amarillo. It wasn’t an error on my part as far as entering incorrect delivery details. The manager of this UPS location called me & she was even confused as to why it happened. It was literally a UPS goof. Where is my stuff??? No one has given me any update or a new tracking number, if my box was located etc...

My package has been marked out for delivery for 3 days and nobody can tell me where it is. I’ve seen a UPS truck in my neighborhood every night this week but still no package. The Lubbock UPS has got to be one of the worst in the country. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I’m incredibly frustrated. Still no package

UPS has no regard to let you know where they plan on dropping your package off or when FedEx offers better customer service. And you can talk to a actual person instead where UPS dosnt care and makes you talk to a robot that can barely understand you!

Served its purpose. The employees just sort of seem to be there. No pleasantries or small talk.... just getting the job done. No problems while there, but no real reason to look forward to going either. Its a place to serve my need and nothing more.

They were really friendly and helpful. However, a shipment that was supposed to arrive at 7.30pm wasnt there even at 8.30pm, and it wouldnt be there even at 11pm, which is after the west end of the building (where you can have late pickups) closes. So it is a bit inconvenient, yet it is a difficult job and I understand. Overall, great people!

The driver lied and said he attempted to deliver At 3:30 but the business was closed. Clearly we were open and don’t close until 6:00. Now we are supposed to pick up the package on Monday. This was an important gift that was ruined by your laziness.

Received notification that delivery was attempted on my package today (Saturday). That is not true, as I have been home all day and never saw a UPS truck. Tried calling the customer service number and was told that the next delivery time would be Tuesday. Absolutely ridiculous.

They failed to deliver my package to the office of my building. After 3 times of calling them and giving them the address it was still not put into the computer properly and my package remains at the warehouse. My package will be delivered 5 days late only AFTER I contacted Amazon to get them involved. This is assuming of course that they can follow through with a commitment. Their track record shows otherwise.Edit- package arrived the day I posted this, and after the driver had already been by my building - raising rating to 3 stars for delivery.

UPS has cost me well over 2000 dollars in the last year. They never delivered when they said and my business depends on tight dead lines. I have lost customers because the drivers fail to make any effort to actually deliver. I have had to personally go to the customer center after hours to claim my unshipped packages and the driver always has some lame excuse as to why he didnt deliver. Pathetic!

Packages couldnt be delivered to my work because the main door being locked, ok I can understand that. I went to see if I could pick them up, apparently they are in a receiving bin with hundreds of other packages. They are school books that I need on the 9th. Come on, deliver me my packages!

They keep sending post cards in the mail saying that they cant find my address, which is both annoying and painfully stupid. Once I paid for overnight delivery, it took a week for the product to get to me (I even had to take time out of my day to go pick it up) and then they even refused to refund my money. Im not sure what world they live in, but in mine if you dont do the job that I paid you to do, then shouldnt get paid. The last time this happened I called amazon and they told me that the driver would call and I could give him/her directions. This never happened, and again I had to take time out of my day to go get the package.

This facility screws up literally 24/7. Ive been buying more stuff from Amazon lately and in the last month they have delivered an $800 package clear across town to the wrong address but argued with me claiming it was still at their facility and now my Amazon packages are being marked as undeliverable. They are dysfunctional and incapable of doing a good job. Negative stars if I could and its going to stop me from using Amazon as frequently

Had to send package back because it was completely open and contents were missing. Sellers resend product and UPS fails to deliver it by not checking to see that Id signed the back of the slip (for a no-signature package) then blames me. Crappy customer service.

Very Poor Customer Service. Only 800 numbers that take 10 -20 minutes to get a person on the line. Very Poor Service and willingness to work with you. Wrong address and they see how fast they can get out without delivering the package. very frustrating and No attempt to help you!!!!

I wish businesses quit using these delivery services (UPS, FEDEX) and use just regular United States Postal service. UPS makes it difficult to get your package if it’s not a location their driver doesn’t want to deliver to because their driver has to walk. It’s extra work to get out of the truck and walk a little bit enter a building and leave a package.

The UPS here in Lubbock has gone down hill so bad they get a little snow on the road and no deliveries yet the US postal service still made their deliveries. And if they do manage to deliver they dont knock on your door or ring your door bell Its sad they used to be okay but not anymore.
