Rick had the audacity to text my Husband and tell him that he didnt believe a framer could afford the home and neighborhood we live in! I was livid. You own a company and should be a little more professional... I guess he was upset because, we chose to go with someone else? Funny how he felt the need to tell us what we can and cant afford!!! Apparently, the bank and our bank accounts disagree. God bless you though, what a sad life you must live to attack people you dont even know that way. After reading all your terrible reviews though, I felt better cause, I now know it wasnt personal; you treat everyone poorly. No worries karma always finds its way. We live where we live because, we work hard, no handouts ever from anyone!! Im a proud Nurse and Veteran and this is why I stayed blessed.

Rick did an outstanding job from start to finish! I could not have asked for more. He was very prompt with his estimate and is very competitive in his prices. If youre looking to have rain gutter installed....start here first!

Rick Cartwright was prompt in my request for an estimate. Very competitive price. Scheduled an install for new gutter the following week. Installed in one day, looks great. Fantastic job. I would recommend Custom Built Gutter to any of my friends.

Worked with him twice. First experience was great. However, the second experience was less than ideal. I had gutters installed that didnt drain properly and caused some damage. After multiple efforts, I was told he would be by to repair the gutters. It has been over a month and this issue was never addressed. I think he has great intentions, but his response to a clear installation problem was very frustrating and is reason for the 1 star.

Rick is a great guy. Trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Terrible customer service.Update : This was not a made up review Rick. I own a business, Blue Star Bus Sales in Lubbock Texas. The review I left was over 4 years ago and your reply was 3 months ago...So I think my point was proven about sub-par customer service. I reached out to you guys to look and try to fix the current gutter issues we were having at our business. It was over 4 years ago, so I dont recall the specifics but I can assure you this was not a made up review.

Rick Cartwright was so rude and unprofessional. It is sad that people even give him business. He was very mean to the cheerleaders of a local high school. Just sad that people in Lubbock support him.

Called for an estimate on downspout replacement only.....he wanted to replace all my gutters because we had hail in my neighborhood. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
