The only reason I can think of the negative reviews is people failed their exams or did follow instructions. The woman in charge was very professional as well as friendly and super helpful! She even called and texted my ride who had gone off to run some errands. I would recommend this place to take your exams and will be back as I follow my certification path.Remember to follow some simple rules:LEAVE your cellphone in the car or at home.NO weapons or guns. (Its Texas, I understand, but they are NOT appropriate everywhere.)NO Talking.Study DONT cheat.Be quiet and courteous people are stressed out enough as it is.Bring two forms of ID one with a picture, both with signatures.

My mother works here, and if your on here to look at the reviews. My mom has worked here for over 10 years and Ive worked here also, these testing clients are very strict and need everything done their way. Yes its small but at least you can still test. If you dont follow the rules or like the rules and complain about the rules being inforced then maybe you should travel further to a different testing center. Ive seen people go again to re-test and have said this testing center is better than anyone they have gone to. All we ask is that you follow the rules that the clients what the staff to follow. And if you cant do that then maybe you shouldnt be working with what youre testing for.

The center was hard to find and the room was so cramped. But the staff here was very friendly and helpful. I finished the test about an hour prior to the time I scheduled for a YellowCab pick-up. She knew that and proposed to help me reschedule it via her computer. Finally I waited only 10 minutes after the test. Thanks for the caring staff.

Was going to book a test here, Really glad I came in to check it out first. Person refused to let me see any of the testing center, or anything beyond the front desk. About the only thing they wanted to make sure I knew was that every room had video surveillance and that this was in fact where I would come If I booked a test. The service I scheduled my test through informed me that if a testing center refused to let you view the testing room before booking, not to book there.
