Outstanding service! Our wedding Tent was beautiful and the bounce house really kept the kids entertained so the adults could celebrate! We were just all around thrilled with the friendly service and whole experience all together!

Originally, I made the mistake of going with Baystate Rentals, and the night before my party, they had no record of my 6 phone calls and 3 emails about delivering to my event. We ordered a beautiful tent for our wedding along with tables, and chairs. They provided us with table linens, lighting for the tent, as well, and it took so much stress out of our extra stressful day and made everything come together perfectly! Im still getting compliments to this day!

Took hours to set up. Chairs rusty, tables dirty, tent sagging on all sides. Clearly company did not know how to set up tent. They appeared to be amateurs. Owner very rude. Drove across my nieces yard yelling you will not get your money back. Thank you so much to Twin Brothers who came in that night set everything up with a five minute notice. Above all was fired and took there tent etc off the the property next day. Police report was filed. This was a very serious situation .

Recently used Above All Tent & Party Rental (AATPR) for a large tent, tables and linens (corporate function with 100+ guests) and was very pleased with their service! The staff was pleasant and worked quickly to get both set up and broken down. I would surely use AATPR again.

This company was terrible. Very rude drove all over lawn while leaving yelling you were never get your money back. Tent was not what was ordered. Chairs rusty, tables dirty and grass coming through a plastic floor. They were so bad police were called and a report is on record. Mr son had them take everything off the property. We called twin brothers the same night. They came right away set up the tent , Tables, chairs and the night was perfect.

Poor customer service. Party tent delivery and installation for my grad daughters graduation party in Pepperell was postponed several times. Original delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, then the company changed to Friday and finally showed up on Saturday. Too stressful! Sixty Chairs NOT delivered UNTIL the day of the graduation party on Sunday. Sides of tent not completely installed so rain seeped in. What a mess!

I rented party package for my sons engagement party with 150 guests coming. Tent table and chairs were dropped off on Friday for event on Saturday all that was set up was tent tables and chairs were stacked in piles I set them up to discover tables filthy and also covered in black mold chairs broken and rusted. Tent was sagging. Contacted Craig and told him how displeased I was this is not what I saw on line when I booked. He told me he was sold out and everything was out and that he would refund me for the broken items which he never did. Upon him picking up the package he was very rude and unprofessional made threats to my family and used vulgar language towards me.Weeks later I get text from him at 1:00 AM threatening me I filed a police report on this company. It is now in the hands of my credit card company. I would not recommend this comapny to any one.
