I like how acceptance now works. The people who run this program not so much, don’t ever be 1 day late on a payment they will call and leave you messages none stop it’s really redicoulos guess they have nothing better to do. Not very professional and courteous. The will also force you to do auto pay with them and not explain payment methods properly. Good luck!

Refused to assist with a move considering the furniture had so many pieces AARONS does help move merchandise when your still paying for it which these people dont but have no issue taking their stuff back including used mattresses which i asked to keep since we already paid so much still no ... never going through bobs furniture or acceptance now ever again
