Wow, it was the most pleasant experience that personally I have ever had anywhere since Ive been in Colorado. Especially friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. I have dealt with Vicky in the past. Very knowledgeable and in the last few days I dealt with Wendy on getting our homeowners insurance in place, who after looking at our current policy picked up on some coverages that were missing that we really needed to have. Not only did we get better coverage, it was even for a lesser price then we were currently paying. A bundle with our car insurance also gave us a discount. Mostly I was impressed with the knowledge of the agents there and the quick response to any questions, as well as getting a quote and a sample policy to us immediately.

Vicki and the other two women that make up this office are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure you have exactly the right coverage for whatever your needs are. We just went in for a renters insurance quote. Allstates rates are the lowest for us in our instance. After just mentioning that we were relocating to the area, from out of state, they helped us decide when and how to transition our moving, by explaining the differences in coverage from our home state verses Colorado. We really appreciated the time they took to familiarize themselves on our states insurance laws, to compare how Allstate adjusts to bring us the coverage we need: for our car; RV; apartment; and condo. They did all that in one 45 minute visit. I was delighted with their efforts.

Wendy is so professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. She is a good listener and calm. She set up a homeowners policy for us with lightning speed and made everything so easy and comfortable.
