In a word, chaotic. Enter through gate 1 for inbound deliveries. Two lanes for all traffic, both leaving and entering. Stop at stop sign and walk bills to back of guard shack on left of intersection. If door is not ready you will be directed to staging area (make a right from intersection and park along left of aisle) until you are called. Thankfully you will be given a map of premises and be told which dock to back to. Break seal, open doors, back in. I was asked to slide tandems, but did not see any signs about this. Someone will bring out your bills when you are unloaded. Very cramped with nowhere to U turn, so if you do need to turn around then you will have to drive around the lot. Yard dogs make the most of the traffic so please keep a very close eye on both pedestrian and vehicle traffic! On a Monday at 2100 was not insanely busy but still steady traffic. Come alert and full of patience - and of course never hurts to smile! - and you will be fine

Pretty good service here. Ample truck parking. But of course in our field of work wait time varies. The life of a trucker, hurry up and wait!!!

The guard shack wasnt much help seemed bothered to have to do his job. The people on the inside are great to work with. Quick in and out for me.

Arrived 4:00 for a 4:30 appt. Unloaded and gone by 5:30. Light went green and I went in and got my paperwork from the clipboard.They didnt ask for lumper money and I didnt offer any so..😊

Nice to see Kroger has the same standards at all their warehouses - horrible. Arrived 30 minutes early for my 11am appointment, informed at 1300 Ill have to wait for third shift to TRY and unload me since second shift wont be able to. Not even a difficult load, mind you, straight runoff of bottled water. Typical and not even surprised, never been to a Kroger yet that unloaded in a reasonable amount of time. The only positive is there is a strong 5G signal in the area. Staff was polite in telling me Ill be stuck here for an unreasonable amount of time.

Do not come here! This place is a disaster. Delivery at 11 am. Arrived at 9am. Office said my load was due to deliver the day before. Mistakes made on the schedule. Cannot work you in. Losing a day or 2 of work trying to deliver. Stay away from this place. Not worth the pay.

The guard shack lady is very nice. Got there at 11am appointment, was out by 3. Reefer, I might got lucky lol

Got here at my scheduled time first time being here. The security guard acted like Eeyore and did not help with directions or instructions. Took an hour to get into the door another hour for them to start unloading. Had to pay a lumper fee which is never good $183.00. But at least the warehouse guy was cool

First this is not the grocery warehouse that I read about in others reviews. For whatever reason it has been (in my opinion ) given a bad review. My experience was predictable and smooth. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. Was directed to their staging area. After only 5 minutes I was assigned a door. I backed in after sliding my tandems and checked in with the receiving clerk. I was told to wait in my truck and return to pick up my bills when the light turns green. After about an hour the light was green and returned for my bills. I delivered a dry load with 21 mixed pallets. Everyone here was professional and polite. There is no room for onsite parking well before or after making a delivery here. For that I would usually deduct a star... but the timely way I was in and out made up for that. Best of luck. I hope this review helps take some of the panic out of coming here. 🚛

Great place been here a few times always fast in and out they do have a lumper service but Ive never been charged for anything that Ive delivered here very clean everyones friendly its nice when everybody works together and we get the job done

No option for 0 stars. Extremely rude individual who answers the phone in the receiving dept. Waiting for over 4 hrs for a door and they just slam the phone on you. Glad I dont shop at Kroger! This distribution center personnel attitude speaks volumes of the type of people working here. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Got unloaded there, in and out fast. Loved it.

This is the work of the forklift operator !!!! He unloaded 8 tail pallets correct then the driver of the forklift paved the other pallets during the unloading, made a total damage, in agreement with the supervisor Kyle,they blamed me.Supervisor Kyle brought me to BOL and told me to move my truck and to solve this as I know and to return when Im done in order to finish their unloading.Im trying to explain to brokers, dispatchers and everyone that its not my fault.Be careful, these people who work are unpredictable.In agreement with the broker, I left the company and went 100 miles to unload. MY ADVICE is not to move the truck with the dock door if this happens to you. Call the police and make a report !!! These people are very bad

This place is not bad to deliver to the people are nice. The only thing is that the wait area is really hard to park in when there’s a lot for trucks waiting for a dock cause it is tight.

Arrived 20 minutes before appointment to pick up loaded trailer and it was not ready. 45 minutes past the appointment time it was ready to go. The lady security guard had a bit of an attitude. Drove around in circles for what seemed like hours to locate trailer. One of the guys working there stopped us to offer help and told us where to go. A few minutes later the same game pulled up to us again with our trailer. That was unexpected and very much appreciated it definitely made it easier for us. I dont know his name but I want to thank him because most people dont want to stop if you are trying to stop them for assistance.

They keep the appointments very close and get you unloaded very promptly

Im usually in there on Thursdays and Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. the lady in the guard shack if thats what you call it, shes super nice always has my paperwork done and waiting on me Ive talked to a couple of the yard dogs drivers they are super nice. Well organized!! 👍

Got a door fast, but after unloading half my trailer, they took a break!! Our time means nothing to these people. You pay lumped fee so they can take a break. Ridiculous!!!

This place is not driver friendly, typically takes 6 or 7 hours to get unloaded. I go there once or twice a week, thankfully I get detention. If Kroger management was to realize how many millions of dollars they waste on detention pay, they might do something to honor appointment times and long unload times. If your company does not give you detention pay or if you dont negotiate detention pay when taking load avoid this place at all costs!

I had an appointment at 8:00 am and I checked in around 7:30 am and they told me to go and wait in the parking lot. I went again to the check in office a while later to check back and they gave me the dock around 11:45 am and it’s almost 2:00 pm now and they haven’t even started unloading the truck yet. To drop off load here you need at least a full day. They canceled my pickup as well.

After 4 hour just go to the reciever and tell them you need your bills. When they say they are finished unloading you just tell them yes they are because youre leaving. Theyll start freaking out. Remember they cannot kee6you there against your will. They can be arrested for it

Prepare to spend a day here. General attitude of people working here epitomizes everything that is wrong with union ran warehouses. They are rude and refuse to talk to drivers. Yet according to the sheet you are given at the gate IT IS YOUR JOB TO OPEN DOCK DOOR AND LOWER THE DOCK PLATE because god forbid they have to get of the forklift to do that.Also this place is so crammed with trailers that you can not find place to park while waiting for the door assignment. Appointment time is for you only - to them it means nothing.

No Overnight Parking ! ! ! If you have a delivery they will let you check in 2 hrs early but you have to leave when youre done. Must have a safety vest when you check in at the guard shack. Everyone I delt with today was friendly and helpful. The wait is long at least 3.5 hrs plan accordingly. There is a lumper here to unload for a fee.

It was a Great experience. Got there an hour early. Went to wrong gate. But it was no biggie. Gave me a door. Backed in and was unloaded in 2 hours. No overnight parking but you can come early and get to staging area.

Worst place ever. I would give no stars. App. 8am got here at 5:45am ... they gave me a door at 7:45 am, now it’s 11:15 and they did not even touch the load. I have 6 pallets all with the same product. Lumper prepaid by the shipper. They are so lazy 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 The lumpers are on break every hour ... trucks are sitting at the docks ... no trucks around me left yet ... so I have no idea what they are doing but for sure they are not working.

Don’t bother wasting your time trying to arrive early. They allow you to arrive 2 hrs before but don’t attempt to get you in early even though over half their dry dock doors were open. Went inside and half of the capstone employees were just standing and sitting around...

Avoid this place. Tight. Wanted you to wait in there staging are you have to do a 90 with very little space and yard dogs trying to go in between you and the space. Almost had my hood taken off. Waited 4 hours to get a dock. Pretty easy docks to get into some can be tight. Lumper fees of course and another 2-4 hours to be unloaded.

The security and employees that deal with em bounds shipments are very polite. However the unload times are longer than necessary.
