I have had a very wonderful experience shopping at this location for a wide variety of different types and styles of floor coverings. They do have a selection of products to get the job done. They even carry a range of general tools and other products like counter tops and trims.They give you a good bang for your buck.

A huge 5 star review for the folks at Lumber Liquidators on Olympic Blvd in West Los Angeles. Amazing service and the quality of their products is second to none. I am thrilled with the bamboo flooring I received. Lucky me ...Joe helped me with finding the best item for my needs at the best price. I am so happy and will go back anytime I have a need for flooring. Its much nicer to buy something in your own neighborhood and avoid those huge chains.

Love this place there is no other place for people to get floor wood

I wish I could put less than one star for this review. My brother purchased flooring several months ago and it was installed last month there are gaps in the wood that we were told to kick them closed. We’ve had people here and still not fixed. You try calling the store and either you’re put on hold or you get an answering machine. Money is owed on the installation and they called us on Sunday I explained the situation and they said someone would get back to me it is now Tuesday no one has called.The workmanship was very poor the installers had no pride in the work they did. They just wanted to get it done. I am recommending that no one use this company ever again. If you do purchase from Lumber liquidators do not get their subcontractors hire your own installers.

Seen there commercials and decided to check them out since I was replacing my old flooring in my home. They really offer a quality floor and the prices are super cheap. They offered delivery and I already had installers but I think they even install. I would definitely check them out if your remodeling or looking for flooring options.

I have had the worst experience since I started. Today I went in at 9 am to sign papers and pay for my deposit for installation. The guy was late and he left me standing for 35 minutes while he unloaded a shipment. I complained that I have been waiting for 35 minutes and I have to go. He didnt care and I left! So nothing changes. Except Irving Costillo who helped me by phone was the Only person in this company who knew what was going on. Everyone else forget about them! No a happy customer at all!

Good selection of all the new floor types; good prices. However the day I was there, store was crowded and total wait time to complete selection and purchase was about an hour.

We had great service! Very pleased with our experience here.
