This team is amazing! We had issue after issue with our converted food truck and they spent so much time diagnosing, repairing, and testing to make sure our truck runs smoothly. Its such a great feeling to be able to know the truck will start up on the first try everytime now! Thank you all!!

Worst place ever!!!!They trick you, when you see a used truck the salesman says don’t worry, we will take care of the details,whatever to make it look better we will fix it. Not happening, nothing gets done, not even the paperwork comes right, they only want your money. I bought a truck in July and it’s September 20 and I haven’t got my truck’s plate number and registration.I requested a lift gate for the truck and they gave me a very old one that it may not even last 2 years.I feel so upset because they’re all the same starting with the salesman and the manager, when I went back with the truck to repair the issues I found only a few days after I bought it,everybody was with such a nasty attitude, as if they were giving me the truck for free.I told them the lift gate was so rusty from the inside that all the rust sound like sand every time the lift gate was moved up or down. And guess what they didThey made holes under the lift gate and washed all the rust away so I wouldn’t hear the rusty sound, I told the salesman to remove the grease and dripping oil from the engine when I saw the truck the first time and never did it, the light in the box truck and another light in the cabin were broken and never fixed them. The brakes needed work and never did it.I really wonder if the owners know how bad their employees are running their business.I will complain with the Better Business Bureau and if they don’t fix those problems I will call the local news because it’s unfair to pay so much money and not get a decent truck

Took 3 weeks to replace motor, someone went through cabinet, no one walked me through what was replaced. Charged for what should have been included for motor replacement. Still have service engine light on. Some wires hanging from motor. Mentioned to Pete about someone going through cabinet due to oil stains around handles and his remark; probably mold. Not at all happy.

Very small place no room for truck parking. No parking on street out front either. Make reservations with them before dropping your truck off.... Plan on tire or skirt damage if your truck is deliversd on a tow truck

Got the truck in quick but only told me when the bill came that they charged me $100 for having the tow on the bill with them. If they had told me when I asked I never would done that and it seems like a pretty scummy way to make money off people not double checking thier totalsEdit:Service manager called to adjust the total after posting. Want to give credit where due.

Be aware of having these guys fix your heavy duty truck. My truck was in this shop in/out for almost 2 months we spent over 10k dollars and truck was never es repaired. After repeated promises TRK was finally fix manager became very rude & started making excuses for their terrible work. Costumers please be aware. Think twice before bringing your equipment for repair to this place

As I am typing this up. I am literally on hold on the phone waiting to get helped. I am at 18 minutes and 38 seconds and counting. Come on guys really!!!! This is the third time that this has happened to me. Why have a phone if you guys are not going to answer it! Im at 20 minutes now and still counting. Smh!

Worst place Ive been. First, after I purchased a 2010 Inteenational with 200k mile on it, the coolant light came on. I told them about that problem, tyey opened the hood and there was a foam on top of coolant reservoir which they said is a normal thing. And they just change the cap. Wrong guys! Its not normal! Now I got this coolant all over the engine.Second, the lift gate didnt work properly. They told me the problem is in the wires. They fixed that, a the problem came back next day.Third, the white smog comes on every day!!!!And guess what the OWNER told me? ITS Normal!!! Ive never seen trucks smogs like that even old ones. LIES!And what the funny thing is? Truck is only 4 month in use!!!Good luck with this clowns guys!!

Service is terrible. Never get an update on your unit in the shop. Then after you call them they say they will call you back but never do. Unit has been there for almost 2 months and no resolution
