I cannot assign enough Kudoss to this team of professionals. I have spent 4 decades in public service both in the medical and law enforcement fields and remember the old reel to ree ltape recorders and court transcriptionists with their little mono-pod stand and machine. You might get a transcript in 3-5 weeks - instead of 3-5 days.My first encounter with Verbal Ink was a very significant one in that I sent them a recording that had many problems with drop-outs, voice imperfections and generally, a poor quality recording due to a malfunction of the recorder itself.This team at Verbal Ink worked through what can only be described as a very significant challange - and returned to me a transcript that was not only accuret - but accepted by the legal community. While not absolutly perfect considering what I gave them to work with, the Verbal Ink team was able to pull out the Meat of the document and was, to be sure, admissable.Since then, I have corrected the recorder problem and in fact, have used Verbal Ink a few more times and will continue to use them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs quality transcripts.Cost, quality and quick turn arounds place them above the rest.Thanks again fellows!
