I am very disappointed in the Mitel VOIP service! After purchasing phones from Shoretel Mitel bought them out. Service was not much better! When our 4 year contract was almost up, I called Mitel and told the person Elda that I was at end of contract and needed to talk to someone as we hated phones and if they had no better solutions I wanted to give notice we were switching phone services AS MITEL has auto renewal if you do not give notice! So I did not hear back from anyone for 2 weeks so I called back to Elda and she was surprised no one had contacted me! This again showed their customer service!Then I got an an email Kimberly Campbell .. I told her due to non- response I am switching to RingCentral in December. She sent back two very good emails stating they would charge us until January 31st as we had not met contract notice(45 day) IN WRITING! Also In caps!!This company did not recognize their lack of service or their response to me at the end of contract nor the problems we have had with their service!! Review rating is less than one star... beware this is not the type of service a business needs with their phone company! Kimberly needs customer service training as she came across as not taking the time to do analysis of how bad her company had responded and just wanted another 2 months of service billed! Mitel VOIP Keep it up and soon you will lose many more clients... or hopefully my warning will let new customers know to beware signing up for Mitel phone services!’
