Nobody likes going to the doctor, but the staff here make it a lot more manageable. I’ve never had to wait too long and everyone is courteous and friendly. I see Dr. Borookhim, who was able to diagnose and help heal an ailment i had, that my former doctor was not able to help with. Totally recommend this place!

Low cost dental clinic offered. However, the building receptionist smokes cigarettes right by the entrance, so that all patients can get cancers and diabetes from his second hand smoke.

They’re nice and kind worker

Received deep cleaning and a few cavity fills by Dr. Carol Chang and shes the best! Really kind, patient and calm, works quickly without rushing, and actually waits for the numbing cream/gel to take effect before injecting the local anesthesia, so you dont feel the pain of the needle! Or at least, much less of it. She also waits for the injected anesthetic to take effect before beginning the procedure. Out of all the dentists Ive had since childhood, I think shes the first to do this and it makes so much sense!I believe half of the times I went, I couldnt feel the needle at all, and for the other half, the pain was less than at other places. I suggest that wherever she puts the numbing cream, you use your cheeks to smash it against your gums while its there so that it numbs even better.During my first appointment, if I recall correctly, I received x-rays by Dr. Pomeroy, who was also very pleasant and skilled. Very friendly/jolly and informative.Every time Ive been there, it seems like each of the dentists work calmly on each patient, and yet also quickly. Ive never had to wait long, and its the first general dentist Ive been to where once the procedure is done, it feels like thats it? It feels that quick and is a great relief compared to other general dentist experiences where the dentist is running back and forth between patients, rushing, man-handles your mouth, makes you wait and makes the visit seem endless.I would highly recommend this place!!

I came to Chinatown Service Center needing help with my health. Dr. Brookhim and his staff gave me the best service and advice for me and it has been the best experience in any clinic.I am happy to have him as my doctor and appreciate his help.

I originally came here just so I could get a Primary care doctor just to get a referral to a dermatologist because that is the requirment of my insurance. It ended up being a blessing in disguise. I dont think I have ever had a more thorough physical, with bloodwork and all the other tidbits done. Dr B also made sure I had other areas of my health covered such as my eyes and made appts. He then personally followed up to make sure those offices met with me.I for years went without a primary care doctor because of the pains and long term wait of getting appts at offices. I can call China town Service center and literally get an appt the next day. It has made having a relationship with my primary care doctor the best I have ever had.

So I went there because I was in pain and the doctor ask if I was taking any medication I said no because I don’t take any type of medicine but my previous doctor did prescribed me pills. And the doctor that was attending me was treating me like was a drug addict and made me feel really uncomfortable

I only have great things to say about the dentist here. My only unhappiness is that they stay booked up. But the work they do is impeccable. They speak Cantonese there being all the employees I saw were all Chinese but of course they were happy to speak with me in perfect English and were very welcoming. They are awesome and take medical/dentical.

There is a dentists office and other offices on 3 floors. Use the elevator, the escalators are always broken. Great location.I took the bus.There are many shops in the area. Many buses go there. There is a next-door pay-to-park. But why?

They have a doctor’s office, a dentist, and an optometrist here. Dr. Borookhim is fantastic. Staff is sweet and courteous. Can’t recommend higher.

Very good place for volunteering. The kids here arent the nicest. But it is fun to tutor little kids
