Their rate reasonable & most importantly no surprises.3 months later yesterday I needed some info from to fight with sears he came to our rescue again.Hes heaven sent. Polite. Helpful. Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

Called Quick Pro and Garry had someone here that afternoon. There were multiple issues with the washer, but Garry and team persevered and got it running perfectly. Honest, fair and friendly. Dont shop around and call them first. They dont have all 5 star reviews for nothing!

The dryer broke Tuesday. My work schedule is erratic and exhausting. I found Q&P through Google and booked my Saturday appt online.I was given the window of 12-3 but at 10:45am received a text they were coming in 15 minutes. Their serviceman Gary assessed the problem and spent over an hour disassembling my dryer, cleaning it out (22 years old and never serviced: my bad) spending well over an hour on the job. He fixed the problem and the price, I felt, was quite reasonable.I had been mentally prepared to shell out $1k for a new dryer. Instead, I spent a couple of hundred, saved my dryer and was introduced to the company I will now go to for any appliance repairs.I am one very happy customer.

Our company fridge broke down and we needed help fast. I called Quick & Pro and they came out same day. They were able to give us an estimate of 2 of our refrigerators and tips on how to diagnose issues in the future. The estimate was a reasonable charge compared to other companies and the amount goes towards your repair. We were able to get a replacement part within days and the repair was done quickly. Simply the best appliance service that I have ever had. Gary came out on a Sunday, to my house in Malibu (yes in beach traffic) without complaint. He was immaculate, efficient and very helpful. He ordered the parts needed and returned within 24 hours to complete the repairs. He will be the only one that I call, a complete gem!!

The answering service is a JOKE! You get a robot voice saying This is Mr. Capps assistant - How may I help you? I said I need service on my Samasung range. The robot replied Transferring call - How else may I help you? - I just keeps looping the same message. Ill use another repair shop, thank you. You just lost a customer.

Garry was simply amazing. He showed up on time, tightened a few bolts and did all necessary troubleshooting for my dishwasher. He even took time to walk me through everything easy to troubleshoot myself which is rare for repairmen. Then he showed me how to clean out the dishwasher. Really really really great individual. A couple of weeks ago my washing machine started to make noice and wasnt spinning. So I called Quick Pro and someone came to inspect my machine the same day. Not only was he on time but he was very thorough with examining the machine, it took him at least 3 hours. Afterwards he was very knowledgeable and told me what was needed and order the part that was broken. Then he came back the following week to finish the job and now my washing machine is back in business. So I definitely recommend using this guys that helped me saving my machine, so I didnt have to buy a new one.
