Pacific Playa was both the seller and our agent. They were the worst company I have ever dealt with. All work they had done was never actually done. I lost count of how many thousands of dollars they took us for. The owner is totally complicit in everything. Stay away from them!!

Wow these guys are incompetent, rude and fraudsters..Elizabeth Liz Weaver and Tanya Crawford are criminals. Michael Coogan was a helpless and hapless junior. They provided one set of plumbing estimates and then used a different company, who didnt do the same work...and was the sellers brother!! None of that was disclosed, no proof of work was provided. They also paid less than they charged me and conveniently forgot to refund me the money I was owed until I complained. Oh and it broke within a week. The original plumber they used to get quoted came back out and said nothing that was supposed to be done was.Now I am talking to the broker of record, Terea Mack, and you can see where these fraudsters learned their tricks.STAY AWAY!!

The worst!During the transaction it was a buffet of rudeness, incompetence andlaziness on pacific playas part. If only that was the worst part.Liz weaver and tanya crawford then bait and switched us on the contractor, and tried to keep the change! Haha i wish i was kidding!We cant even take a shower over 5 min, and now the boss of Pacific playa has taken over.It is clear teresa mack has had to clean uod her agents fraud quite often. Not that she is doing anything besides stalling and talking down to us while admitting no fault. Practice makes perfect i guessThis company is fraud, use at your own peril!!!
