Im a personal injury lawyer in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I get cases and sometimes I have clients who get injured by students attending the University of Alabama. Those students later graduate, drop out, or transfer to other schools, making service of process difficult to obtain. Fantastic! Chris could work for the Mission Impossible Team. We needed two people we are suing served. One is a major slime-ball who managed to evade service from even the IRS/Treasury Department for months, but this slime-ball was no match for Chris. If you need to have somebody served, or any help with paperwork,  Skip n Serve is who to call.  Chris goes above and beyond to help.  I was filling out paperwork about six months ago at the small claims division of the courthouse, and had to keep going back to the window, to correct or fill out something I missed.  Chris was there to take care of some business, and offered to help.  I was so thankful.  I asked for a card, and I am so glad I did.  The Sheriffs Department, did serve my papers originally, but you never know when, and they take a very long time, just to hear back. They do their job, but for something like this, I now know that you need personalized service.   I have spent so much money trying to get a judgement I won almost two years ago, because this guy keeps dodging the system.  I remembered Chris, after feeling like giving up. I efiled a small claim against a business then contacted Chris for his services. He asked if I had checked the CA Secretary of State website to ensure I was suing the correct entity. Neither of us could figure out the entity using the Secretary website (too many similar business names) so he emailed a link for me to contact the City of Torrance Licensing Dept. The City of Torrance gave me the correct entity so I revised the court docs. Chris called me to say he was going to the courthouse that day so he could file for me since I was unable to revise court docs online. If not for Chris, my case would have been thrown out and I would have lost 2 months waiting for my court date then having to repeat the process with the correct entity.. Chris is truly a professional.

Within ONE DAY Chris served my small claims papers to the guy whod successfully dodged the Sheriff three times! By the way, Sheriffs are just people hired by the court to serve papers. Essentially all they have to do is ring a buzzer a few times and if they dont get a response, no skin off their back. I had no idea! I mean, didnt think Id hired Raylan Givens, but I thought when I paid for a Sheriff that Id hired someone who cared about justice. Dont waste your money on that BS and go right to Chris instead!(For all those ready to criticize, I know Raylan is a made up US Marshall, not a Sheriff, but just go with me on the metaphor....)Not only is Chris efficient and funny, but he has a wealth of knowledge about all the courthouses and judges in LA, which he freely offers! What can I say, Chris Demirdjian, the owner of SkipNServe is the Michael Jordan of Process Serving. He epitomizes professionalism and a superb mastery of his craft. Not only that, he genuinely cares about his clients. He doesnt try to upsell you other services or do any kind of bait and switch. In my opinion, he is not in this business solely for the money. This is a labor of love for him. I had a case where we could not serve a guy. We tried the Sheriff and other 4 other Process Serving companies, but Chris, who was initially trained as Private Investigator, used his skills and training to figure out when the guy would leave the house. He did the old Robert Redford trick from the movie The Sting, where he put a piece of paper and wedged it in the garage door the night before. He got there the following day around 7:30 am and saw that it was still there. He waited until about 8:10 am and left to go serve another paper. He came back around 8:30am and saw that it had dropped to the floor. He then knew that he leaves the house between 8:10 and 8:30. He did this for 3 consecutive days and the pattern was the same. So, on the 4th day he got there around 8 and waited. Sure enough, at 8:20 the garage door opened and he served the guy.In another case, he recommended some other avenues for me to take that steered business away from him and ended up being the correct approach for me to take.Hes not just a Process Server, he also finds people that dont want to be found. I had to locate one of the defendants in my case who no one could find and even hired some well-known PIs. No luck. I called Chris and he found them. It did take him longer than expected, but that was because they were making an effort not to be found.Finally, I gave him a collection case last month and he was able to locate their bank account and place of employment. We first served the bank and got most of the judgment amount and then served the employer with the Wage Garnishment. We are now receiving the balance in increments each month for the next 6 months.Chris is truly a one stop shop. He is determined and truly loves what he does. You might pay a premium for his services, but he is worth every penny.

Chris was awesome, he was both very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. He served an unlawful detainer to the seller of the house I purchased that refused to move out. Initially I wasnt expecting the process to go so quickly as the seller was evading initial attempts with other service means, but Chris was able to serve her on the same day which was absolutely amazing. I contacted SkipNServe (almost a year ago), after searching for process servers in my area, and after reading quite a few reviews online - which, I must admit, I usually read with a hefty degree of skepticism. Nevertheless, I spoke with Chris, who was very patient, understanding, and extremely forthcoming with advice of things I could do myself, of how the entire civil court process worked, and how he could help me obtain successful outcome of my situation - that included having limited knowledge of the residences of the two defendants. Still, not quite convinced, I contacted another process server in my area - who by their responses and telephone manner, convinced me to work with SkipNServe. I am glad that I did!After three failed attempts to serve the defendants at the addresses that I acquired, Chris was able to obtain the current addresses of the defendants (one of whom lived in a gated community) and serve them both. He then filed the paperwork with the court. Side note: Chris could have charged me more money than he did. Anyone else would have. But Chris genuinely seems to be a good person, who empathizes with others.Now, fast forward to today. After a civil judgment against the defendants, a reneged upon mediation agreement, a subsequent court order on the original filing, an appeal by the defendants on the court ruling - that was denied, I am now ready to try to collect on the judgment. So, I again contacted Chris of SkipNServe. Again, Chris has taken the time to speak with me, to explain my options and how he could help (locate assets, etc.), what his fee would be for the service, but - wait, Chris also told me to pursue another avenue first, before contracting with him, because it might work, and it could possibly save me a lot of money in the long run.
