This is the second company I hired to try and attempt to serve small claims paperwork to an individual, and let me tell you that they were amazing. First off, Thomas at Make ‘Em Pay was very professional and organized in telling me what I needed to send them and the whole process of serving anyone. Second, Thomas did exactly what he promised in that they were going to attempt to serve the papers up to five times and he kept his promise. He was able to serve the papers on the third attempt at the individuals house that had a security gate around the front of it. Third off, after each attempt he sent me an email keeping me updated after each try and when the papers were served I knew right away. He sent me a digital copy of the affidavit and mailed me the original.
