This establishment isn’t very clean. Rags were thrown on the floor and across chairs in the waiting area and people left their soda bottles and spillage. Minus one star for lack of cleanliness. Minus another star because the lady that did my pedicure rushed through and didn’t apply Polish nice and neat. It literally took her about 8 minutes from the time I sat down to complete my pedicure. I didn’t soak my feet and she barely scrub it. Also, unbeknownst to me, my gel nail polish didn’t match my pedicure polish. My acrylic set is just ok but lack of quality as well. Another customer was asking for service for ten minutes because her lashes or the glue was burning her eyes. This is a one and done for me.

I come here about every 2-3 weeks to get a manicure and pedicure.. Nancy always does a amazing job with love and care. She take her time.. She doesnt rush to go to the next client... She make you feel very special with care and love.. I really appreciate you Nancy so very much🌹❤. When I do come, I bring my mom or someone with me to also get that awesome service from Nancy❤

$70 for a gel mani pedi!Walk in, and request a simple mani pedi. They tell you to wait patiently for a technician who will usher you into a land of very thick accents and up-charges.To be fair, the place seemed promising despite the low ratings. Sat in the comfy massage chair and thought this would be a good experience. They scrubbed my heel, put on a body scrub and mask, threw some oils and started literally sanding down my nails. Not buff.. sand.The scrub and mask is $5 extra, and they wont tell you till you get the bill. The gel is extra as well, and they assume you want gel from the jump. Prices are not listed anywhere so they can easily justify the total price anyway theyd like.It would be one thing if the overall experience was good. But I was horribly disappointed by the results. My heel is now rough, the gel application was rushed and they shaped two nails and decided it would take too long so they left the others as is!I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Im honestly quite worried that underneath this layer of pink lacquer, I would find a very damaged nail...

This place is a scam!! Please read the reviews, they’re true. They lie about the prices and make you pay more for something you didn’t know of or even agreed to. Make sure to double check everything they do. Also realized, after my experience and reading the reviews a pattern of their horrible work ethic on top of that “cash only” signs everywhere but really is to pressure you and make you pay the extra amount they come up with then all of a sudden they accept Zelle. It’s a gimmick. Watch out and don’t accept their rude behavior, it’s wrong when you’re the one paying for it sadly.

Worst experience of my life. I was poked in the side of my finger and burned in the same area with the nail drill. I did bring this to the technicians attention and she only apologized and then stuck my hand in water and continued. After a couple of days my finger began to burn in the inside, eventually ended up with a finger infection which left me in the hospital for 3 days with the possibility of amputating my finger. Be careful all the way around. Its been almost a month and im still suffering from this ordeal.

I usually don’t right reviews, but the experience I had in this place was Negative -5 stars. I went in for a manicure and the nail technician was talking to her colleague the whole time. She Did not do a well Job with removing cuticles, filing the nails, and the paint job was the worse. It was my first time going so maybe they have a better nail tech. (the establishments did not look too organized).

DONT GET LASHES FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! 😡😡The lady puts way way way too much glue half your lashes extensions is pure black glue. The glue has a good bond but she uses way too much when I was getting them done she got the glue all in my eye causing it to irritate me very very badly when she applied them they felt like umbrellas on my eyes. They charge $20 for lashes that aren’t worth more then $2 the lash textures is very ruff. I tried talking off my lashes using everything coconut oil.. olive oil.. makeup remover and the works!! Nothing worked I lost pretty much all my natural lashes behind this😡😡😡😡

This place was horrible. Less than 15 mins for a pedicure and there was NO ONE waiting. She cut me and my nails were cut uneven. The polish job was bad. She put the top coat on after I had my sandals on. Never coming back here

They really know how to attend a customer, I had a grown in toenail & I thought it was going to hurt to take it out! But they put my feet in warm water & massage it! While I relaxed they were working in the nail! By the time I knew they were done!

I don’t think I’ve ever been upset over a manicure but when you’re paying and giving tip, then you’d expect a good job to be done. Well the lady that started to do my pedicure rushed it towards the end because she was requested by a customer who came in, and I still had a manicure to do. ALSO, I had been letting my nails grow out for a while and they looked great, when the nail tech asked if she could clip a bit I thought “okay she’s just trying to make them a bit even” NO she cut right to the bottom and all the months of letting my nails grow out gone. She left my nails sharp, didn’t polish right, shapes were all different. UGLY. I should’ve just done them myself. I told the lady in the front that the nail tech did a bad job so she tried filing the bottom of my nails, and since the polish wasn’t dry she messed up a few of my nails. Moral of story, don’t go there, they didn’t even apologize & I don’t think main manager was there. I know they wouldn’t be rushing like that.

Previously came here and had a great experience with two women one who was a bit more harsh but was still all together very neat and clean.I wanted to go to a nail salon that didn’t just sloppily do kids nails and I thought I found a place.We decide to go again after realizing that the gel polish lasted more then two weeks for my little step-girls (ten and 6) .The same women who did mine did my ten year olds it was again great very clean . A man (peter) did mine he was good as well.Another women did my six year old and you could tell it was rushed and because she was a kid she though we wouldn’t say anything .After fixing the mess on my child’s nails 5 fell off the same day.Coming back we wanted someone more neat to just fix the nails.But there policy is pretty much “if the person messed your nails up the same person has to fix them”.I’ve worked at nail salons before (miniluxe) and our attitude was pretty much if we messed up we’re going to get someone that is known for there cleanliness and great work ethic to fix it.Will not be coming back and they missed out on a chance to have three people come in every two weeks.Do not get the women named Hannah as your nail tech especially if it’s for your daughter.

I thought I’d never go back. But then I thought, “Maybe it was just that one person.” So I tried it again. $65 just for pedicure & regular nail polish, gel nails (no acrylics, just gel nail polish).. the guy was nice but did a horrible job. Even my friends laughed at my nails. Which fell off after ONE WEEK!! I wasn’t sure if I should be upset or happy.3rd time... Place is a bit empty bc its Sunday afternoon.. Lady asked what do I want? She said, long nails!? I asked “how much for short nails w/gel nail polish” After that she walked away, started speaking in her language and looked at me as if she was upset. I stood her for a bit more than 5 mins and finally asked, can I please get some prices for short nails w/gel nail polish, eyelashes and pedicure? They looked at me and ignored me. As if they refused to service me bc I didnt want LONG NAIL!

Worst place I will not be going back ever again. I called before going and ask if they could do 3 people they said yes the started with mine and my niece when 7 came around the owner started yelling at the person working on my niece telling her why she started a full set when they were going to close. She kept yelling and screaming to stop and not finish her solution was to remove the nails that already had been glue on and polish. She was the rudest person I’ve ever delt. The nail techs were so embarrassed and I felt badly for them being abuse by her.

Yesterday i walked in at about 530 pm and they close at 730 i asked if they did 3d nails the lady in the front said yes so she told me to wait for a nail tech i waited for about 20 minutes the nail tech asked me to show her a picture of the nails i wanted she kept giving me bad feedback such as the nails are not going to be exactly the same and that they were going to be expensive i said its fine ill wait so i waited like 5 more minutes until a lady that apparently wanted a pedi from that nail tech and asked her if she can do it for her knowing that ive been waiting for 25 minutes and the nail tech approaches me and tells me to come back tommorrow that they were low on powder and some gibberish so i wont be going there anymore supper bad serviceee

Got my eyelash done here horrible! The lady who was doing my eyelashes here was eating a donut while doing my eyelashes. She put a whole ton of glue. Had to go to doctor , my eye got swollen and red.

Very unhappy with this place. First, my mother and I were threatened by a homeless person who was hanging out by the door. He wanted me to let him search my purse. I told him to go away and he threatened to hit me with a chain from the roll-up doors. So I told them to please call security and they said that security hasnt been there in a few days. I said, then call the police. They couldnt be bothered. I stayed because my mom really wanted to get her feet done. I went ahead and got my nails done. I dont like to wait until the end to let them know Im not happy with my nails. But every time I said anything, she had an explanation to why it looked that way. At the end, I told her the color application was terrible. And they insisted thats how gel polish us. I told them this was not my first time getting my nails done and I know what they should look like. But they just got bothered by my complaining and unsuccessfully fixed them. They still look terrible.

Be careful going to this establishment I ended up finding out on my own.unfortunately it cost me a trip to the ER.

Ive been going there every two weeks for close to 4 years now and they are still just as happy to see me as I am to see them.
