I have been scammed by a guy named Daniel. He said he was from this company and he took money from me and said I would get it back into my account right away and get my loan within 24 hrs. I never got my money back and now he won’t respond. I’m not happy at all.

The manager at the Vermont store lies and prefers to charge additional fees then to work out payment options. Even Bank of America who was fined several years ago billions of dollars for unethically violating there customers will work with you. Learn to be a solution not make the problem worse!

Very unpleasant experience. Unscrupulous business ethics. Went to purchase a weekly bus pass, I had a bus coupon for July. They asked for August bus coupon, despite it being July 28, 2014. They also stated my Tap Card didt work. Asked for my things back, went to the Metro Customer Service Center on 3183 Wilshire Blvd., near Vermont Avenue, and had no problems whatsoever. On the contrary, the service was excellent! Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you Matthew 7:12.

Worst place ever. Indian lady just was the most disrespectful person I have ever met to me making me verify over 5 different ways to try and deny me for a measly $220 and super mean to her trainee. Oh and just to boot. They threw away/stole/lost my ID when I tried to come get it. Horrible place because of a horrible person
