Great peppered jerky(photo). Tried the original and teriyaki as well. My favorite is the peppered and I order it every month. My wife loves it and we go through it quick. Great for snacking. No added sugar and this not like other jerkies. Actual strips of meat here and can require some chewing. I love it and would highly recommend. Been purchasing from them for over a year via amazon.

I love this jerky! Especially the hot and spicy. I have been ordering it for years now. Recently, something happened where I did not receive my order and their Rep Ambar was kind enough to send another order for me at no cost. I will always order this beef jerky!!! If you like thin, tasty, chewy jerky, I highly recommend this company, but They have different types so there’s something for everyone. Get you some of that good good.

I purchased a one pound bag of Carne Seca Limon jerky in late July. When we opened the package last week mold was observed on the product. The sell by date on this package is 08 2022.I understand that no preservatives are used. However, my concern is the quality control practices involved in producing the jerky. A better understanding of product freshness within the factory to the customer environment needs to happen!I have been buying Peoples Choice jerky since the beginning of summer - purchased seven 1 pound bags of keto jerky varieties. And I have been sharing with my family members.

Best beef jerky available. Nashville hot has a good flavor but if you are looking for 0 carbs the hot and spicy old fashion is the way to go. Havent had a bad piece yet....it is all good!

The classic original is very good flavor wise, but about half the pieces were far too chewy. Not bite off a piece and chew on it for a bit chewy, but naw on a chunk for 30 seconds until you have a piece small enough to fit in your mouth chewy. Maybe Im being too picky, or maybe I dont understand jerky, but playing tug-of-war with a chunk of meat, just for it to be poking me in the mouth until Ive managed to dominate it isnt for me. You should consider thicker strips (the thicker ones were perfect) or shorter, bite sized pieces. Or maybe I just got a bad bag.

Not a fan of this at all...has good flavor but both bags Ive opened have been tough like barely able to chew ...must spit out tough...taste like old jerky from a gas station... you can barely chew...my whole family was disappointed in the original and teriyaki flavors..will not buy again nor suggest to other people.

I was never a huge fan of beef jerky until I had peoples choice! The sweet chili habanero is my favorite flavor. Its tender, flavorful and the best to have around! Stop by, order online, do whatever you need to do to try it!

Not sure of those 1 and 2-star reviews (guess ya cant please everyone)? Im not a fan of all their options, but thats why they have options. However, the spicy beef sticks and the Limon and Hatch Carne Seca varieties are some of the best Ive ever had.....I buy the carne seca by the LB!!!!!!!

In my opinion, this is the best beef jerky! I have tried all the flavors and they are all fantastic! Each flavor is well balanced and has an authentic taste. My favorite is the “hot & spicy” as it is actually hot & spicy. Another thing that’s great about this brand is, each piece/sheet is thin. Some other brands of beef jerky, the pieces are too thick and lose the Beef jerky experience of tearing the pieces apart. It also makes me feel good to support a local family business.

Firstly this is hands down the best beef jerky I’ve purchased from a store, period. Last night I swung by a liquor store and noticed it, grabbed a bag, got home ate it... and wished I had more. Today I went back and bought 6 bags just to have. I even took the time to look up the company and write this review. I’m a director / photographer and realized my photo studio is right around the corner from this place. I have to meet these guys and see their process. I’ve made homemade jerky for years back in wa state, it’s hard to come across quality jerky which is what led me to making my own. Stoked I found this brand, literally my studio neighbor. Too cool! Now I’m going to stalk up.

This has got to be the worse beef jerky I have ever had. Using scrap meat. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter got it for me for Father’s Day. I had to apologize to her. Mine is a lot better and so are the local markets. So sad.

I have been eating the Nashville Hot for many months now and it BY FAR is the tastiest hottest jerky on the planet. I go through a bag a month and cant stop. The only reason I will always by this brand is the flavor. the heat is an unfortunate by product, but it only burns for a few minutes. :)

I Ordered through Amazon and what i got is very spicy Nashville hot. This is a great product and great flavor. I do wish i can get some samples of other flavors for future ordering.

My wife ordered me a box from their subscription service. Way underwhelmed. It was like I got beef jerky from the gas station that was way too old. The flavor was average in quality. The texture was hardly worth the cost.

I bought two bags two weeks ago, one plain and one hot and spicy. I bought 4 more one-pound bags of the hot and spicy, traditional. I make my own jerky, and I love doing my own, but after slicing and marinading and dehydrating, this is much more convenient. This is the most authentic jerky out of a bag! Period.

This jerky is amazing. Bought a little pack at a liquor store then decided to try it by purchasing it online and ate it all within 3 days and just signed up for a monthly subscription for it. I don’t like spicy so i get the teriyaki slabs. Omg so good. Not too hard it’s perfect. I am excited for the Maple one to come back in season. I will be definitely purchasing that. So happy

Wow! Not only is their Jerky unbelievably good, but the customer service is beyond great! I made a mistake in ordering and I called them to explain and they refunded my money, so I could order the right type! Unreal! No one has this high level of customer service anymore these days. It’s the only place that I know of in the LA area that sells Machaca, which is literally god’s gift to humanity. I used to get it with my family when I was a kid in Mexico, but since they don’t really sell it here in Orange County I had to really look for it wherever I could find it. It makes for incredible tacos if you heat it up with some diced onions and tomatoes. Americans don’t know what they’re missing out on.

I originally posted below but after contacting Sara B. the issue was resolved 175% literally by replacement++ and finding out it was the retailer selling old product most likely.I bought 4 packages each a different flavor - The beef jerky was so dry i crumbles in your mouth and virtually has the same taste as the other flavor because of how dry it is. Not a good product if this was intent in my opinion.

The price and quality is unmatched, one star taken away because their jerky is not wood smoked and there is no discount on bulk orders (I ordered over 10 pounds!). Hey, most jerky sells for $32/lb but these guys sell it for $23... I understand their position.Big slab (hot)- This had a great flavor and a very good heat. Id compare the spice level to a fresh jalapeno. Harder chew but worth every chomp! This is definitely in my top 3 favorite spicy jerky! I can go through a pound in 1 week (exercising self control Haha).Cowboy pepper- on the dry side, very good flavor and small peppery kick to it. Much easier chew than big slab but not soft like brisket jerky.Garlic ginger- A bit more moist than cowboy pepper but very strong and pungent taste. When you open the bag, everyone is going to smell it and ask for a sample.Tasting kitchen:I really love this concept, inventing new flavors. I recently tried Nashville hot, on the savory side. Has a bit of a kick, Id compare the spice to cayenne pepper. Very buttery flavor, missing the hint of sweetness from brown sugar that the traditional Nashville sauces have. The pieces were inconsistent, some very dry and others were just right. Was bummed they didnt offer a full pound bag.I buy jerky from local meat markets, bbq joints, source it around the world and make it. I can see why these guys are still in business but confused why no one knows about them. Their prices and quality could beat out all the supermarket jerky. My order came in today and I opened the package to try a handful. It was delicious. Ive been making my own beef jerky for years because it was the only way that I could be assured that there was no added sugar. Unfortunately, due to some stomach issues, the jerky that arrived was too spicy for me to tolorate. I will give the remainer of my order to family members who have better stomachs than mine. Im sure that they will love the jerky too. I will have to cancel my recurring order, but I hope that if the company ever comes out with Extra-Mild jerky (basically salt and garlic), they will contact me and allow me to try it out. Again, this is no fault of the company but my own.

This is a product review for their hot and spicy sausage, and its swill.First, they continue to carry on the great American tradition of unnecessarily adding sugar to everything to trick people into thinking it tastes good.Second, it just tastes bad. Ive had decent sweet jerky sausages and this is so far from that.

The hot & spicy classic beef jerky slabs are likely toooo spicy for many Americans. Chilli pepper seeds are on the slabs. But, I can handle it and like it a lot. I have tried the original flavor too. They are both solid, good quality beef jerky!

I read reviews of the old fashion hot and spicy beef jerky, I had to have it! I received it, ripped it open with mouth watering, and.....meat was tasty at first bite. No spice, no heat....just a pound of jerky of all salt!!!!! So disappointed😭
