I was going to ship a number of small packages (a lot of them). I was told it was going to be too much work to mail them (single hats in the envelope just needing postage). Not lets do a portion of them, let me help you figure something out...just its going to be too much work.Very disappointing service since they still had about 2 hours before closing and no customers in the store.

Overpriced...but convenient. Owners not too friendly..I personally have not seen a smile in 15 years. MAYBE thats why staff turnover is ...unprecedented. You can fax for a buck a page (2017), mail parcel at much higher price than USPS, stationary, pens, pencils,Indian oils & nice mix of meditation incense; you will not find these scents at gas station! Again ..neighborhood convenience $$.

I tried these guys out as an alternative to Copycat (on Hillhurst) because they are slightly closer to my office. Their prices, however, seemed significantly higher than those of CopyCat. I took holiday packages in to these guys this week and was stunned to find that a package that could be sent out for around $10 priority mail USPS cost $25 to send through these guys.

What can I say.. They are very pricey. A stamp may cost nearly double that of postoffice. EMERGENCY..copies..UPS..mailings, envelopes ..maybe faxing if no other choice.. Then you are in luck ..great ! Sometime friendly.. Sometimes NOT! NON-Family staff..always nice but they do not last long... For some reason( !?) Customer for 18 years.. Emergency only 4 me.. Cause every now and again..they have what you need NOW.

Beware of shipping packages here! I bought a box here to send and bought shipping via USPS. I was told the package would arrive at destination in 2-3 days. It’s now 4 days later and the package is still in LA.

Poor quality prints and inconsistent prices. Was charged $2 to print a single sheet of paper today and it printed dramatically off center. I’ve been here before and have had issues with their business practices but I have never been charged a $2 equipment rental fee to print. I will not return to this business again.
