So the previous reviews of this place are accurate. There was an amazing man named Ezekiel who used to run this place and he was everything you could ask for. Responsible, honest, kind, and reliable. We had complete trust in him and he truly made our lives better and easier for several years. This place WAS fantastic. Enter new owner James and his wife. From the get go we got bad vibes from them. Very confused about basic things. I needed to ship something for next day delivery, and the couple proceeded to debate what day it actually was and pulled out their phones to settle the debate. And then our mail started taking longer and longer to show up. In addition, they failed to bill us and then stated we had not paid since the previous July. I had my credit card out. Ready to pay until he said July. In the past, with Ezekiel, we just handed a card or cash over, total trust, he was on top of the mail and billing. I left to discuss it with my roommate who also pays for it, and upon return was informed that we hadnt paid in two years. Went from July, to two years pretty quick. Again, they do not have it together here. Oh and without notice or warning, closed our box and returned all the mail. And he loved his power trip! This guy James is arrogant, smug, and most of all massively incompetent. Its no big deal man, Ill get my mail sent to my new box. I highly suggest anyone look elsewhere for their mail needs. You need trust, honesty and competence. Here you will receive, incompetence, dishonesty, and arrogance. Even a squirrel would do a better job of handling your mail. And itd be a much more pleasant experience!

Super friendly place with great service and excellent location with free parking. I come here all the time to drop off pre-labled packages, and even though the owners dont get any benefit from this, they receive my packages with a smile. Many thanks, Mail Boxes & More team!

Went there to pick up a package today, it was easy and fast with no hassle! The staff were also incredibly friendly!

Would never use any other place for a private mailbox or sending or receiving packages etc. For many years, the staff was basically one guy, Ezechiel, but hes off to other ventures and the owners daughter and her husband have taken over and are simply continuing the great service to so many of us here on the Westside.

James and his wife are so helpful .. great service!

I’ve had a PO Box here for over 15 years. The place is well-run, the staff (Zeke) is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business if you’re in the market for a mailbox, or simply need to safely and securely ship a package.

HORRIBLE service! I wanted to print 20 pages and they charged 128 pages and on top of that the computer usage rent (I had brought my pen drive) - The total bill amounted to 55 dollars! and he charged me for extra 23 pages in color! Over priced! And when I confronted him about the price he laughed at me. Please do not go to this store

We have a mailbox here for corporate mail. Friendly staff and much needed after hours access.
