The owner is the most helpful person always remembers you. I dont know the womans name but she is great. Very friendly and always there to help. When I go and wash they machines are always clean. I also fill up my water gallons which the quality is great, better than the water dispenser machines. I highly recommend it.

I like large machines, what I dont like is that they have many small machines ruined and the dryers have very little time not drying it is not fast
