Definitely some weird vibes in here but then again it was late at night and its k town. All the comments about the security guard are true. Tons of rules here, but hey there are tons of 24 hour laundry places in this area.I did my laundry asap and left. All the machines worked and my clothes didnt get ruined. Maybe during the day this place is better. Who knows. I dont plan on coming back.

Very spacious..A lot of light..Very roomy.Extra aisle space so you can do your laundry with ease.Limited parking but at least they have it..Just a little dangerous when you are going out because the blind spots..I know they try to keep the place clean but focus In the entrance too..Since you guys have 2 doors sometimes people come here to eat...Unfortunately your changes machines are most of the time broken or with problems..Hope you guys can improve your location soon

This place hate korean.Hispanic person changes coin with out any qustions but if you are Korean, they will ask you if you are using washing machine.Several recent experience made me i am being discriminated for several timeI asked the parking lot service guy(Hispanic) Y are you keep asking me even though i am doing washing my clothes even with the coins i brought from the bank, and he said korean people bring coins to home. I lost my words…. Well, I am korean but i dont collect coins from laundry….I don’t need coin. I do save coin only because to use it for laundry And when he goes away from me i heard him saying something about korean but i couldn’t understand because he was saying in spanish…. I felt disappointed about this place i’ve been coming years as regular customer..Well,, i think the guy hate korean and doesnt want korean ppl to come to his work…He should stop the attitude towards different race.

I really love this laundromat and appreciate the workers so much. All they have done to keep the store well running with the amazing staff, and they even made me feel reassured and comfortable in my washing needs here. I will continue getting their services!

Its a nice laundry mat but it is always busy. I like going at midnight or early morning.

Usually I have a good experience here but today because of an employee named Benito it was not. I went straight from the washing machine to the change machine to get quarters for the wash. I went to a machine was was broken and the other was being used. Nobody said anything to the person before me at the change machine. This guy Benito (pictured below) saw me at the machine, came up to me and told me the change machine was for customers only. I was confused because I don’t know what made him think I wasn’t a customer after bringing my bag of clothes in the door, standing and sorting out the clothes for about 15 minutes then walking straight to the change machine. I would understand better if I just came from outside to the change machine— the accusation of coming just to get change and leave (which I had NO idea people even do). To me it was blatant disrespect not because of any behavior and zero remorse for falsely accusing a customer of not being one. I asked him if he was the manager and he relied “looks like it”. 10 mins later I talked to the actual manager about it and even he could not tel me what I could have done differently to not receive the disrespect of an accusation of wrongdoing. After talking with the manager and him saying something about an apology. Benito walks by as I’m saying no he didn’t apologize. The manager asks him to apologize and at first he doesn’t think he should. He then acquiesced into a less than half apology more like sorry you’re offended. Clearly not sincere about accusing me of something he had no reason to. It’s difficult to prove racist motives behind people’s actions but if I didn’t do anything to indicate not being a customer (ie. come in from outside) then he shouldn’t be disrespecting people who are spending their money here because the only thing left is you looked at me and didn’t trust who he saw. I get the feeling he’s liked by this mostly Hispanic area of LA and he doesn’t feel the need to correct himself. Good thing we have a place like this where someone like me can be heard about a bad experience with this guy who cared none to correct himself. I would have left and not spent my money here but my clothes and detergent were already in the laundry and I obviously had my change ready. This review would not have been written if he gave a sincere apology.

The fact that its open 24 hours is a great convenience. The only thing I didnt like is that they charge you extra for hot water and dont tell you that up front. Besides that the place is clean an great staff.

Besides the security looking at you all crazy before you go in. Its a cool laundry place, i guess they have all type of people that wash there so they make sure they say hello

Best organized coin laundry I‘ve seen. Friendly people will help you bringing the staff inside. Parking space available for free right in front of.Wash Detergent and Softener can be bouth right here as well. Very clean laundry. I can only recommend it.

After a 4 to 5 star experience, I regretfully have to say my last experience was dreadful. Apparently, you can only stay here for the length of 3 hours without another wash...

Being someone who is on a higher financial level than most I am somewhat embarrassed to give a laundromat a five star rating. Circumstances have caused me to have to do my own and my partners laundry singlehandly. Unfortunately the machines in my building are ser up to cheat, hot water is diverted from machines even if requested, and prices have increased. Multiple machines not working .Due toCOVID-19 protocols management sees fit to empty machines of money yet ignores upkeep. So I discovered this laundromat. Its like a Circus plenty of overweight Latino women in poorly copied designer copies, bratty kids running around screaming. Incognito types like me racing to get out before being seen. But believe it or not they have 10 load machines with REALLY Hot water, High End Electrolux machines , huge dryers that cosr 25 cents a cycle. A on site attendant offering detergent for sale. A genuine security guard for your protection!

Always a pleasure to wash my clothes. I make sure I wash early in the morning to get choice parking. Laundry ladies are very accommodating and professional. Machines are clean and fairly new.

Although I do laundry here often, I will no longer.. I just needed to dry some clothes that I couldnt do at my own apartment buildings machines because they closed before I could even finish. I have always had good experiences at this place until last night. This place is not enforcing rules on social distancing and masks at all anymore. They allowed people to walk in without masks and let them get in others’ spaces by getting too close and crowd everyone. A friend chose to do his laundry there because he thought the place was more responsible with COVID19 rules and guidelines to protect customers and the community. He was upset after last night’s experience.This place should be reported to the County Health Department and we may have to look at another place to go to. Until the owners demonstrate more responsibility when running their business during this pandemic, people living in Koreatown near this place need to reconsider going there for their health’s sake.

Good place .. everything is in good conditions but there is a ballet parking guy that all time is mad ,angry. and him dont let get quarters .

Used this place in a bind while staying in Ktown longer than I had originally planned. I could not be happier with the experience. Location was awesome, interior very clean, parking, restrooms, change and laundry supplies available for customers. Cheap drying, enough that I put a couple extra quarters in to use up the rest of my 5 and get a few extra minutes. I noticed they have huge dryers for bedding and stuff alongside the regular sized ones, which are already pretty generous. Everything looks nice and new. Wash is 2.50 a load. The little packet of Tide I bought for one load was 75 cents. Walked to Starbucks while my wash was in and nobody bothered it. The staff lady was cleaning when I came in (Tuesday morning, only sort of busy) and helpfully and happily answered my questions so I could orient myself to where everything was. A very easy and painless experience. I really appreciate them making it so!

The second you step on the property you are harrased. Shake down city. Toomany made up rules to get more money. Could be great if they just left you the fff alone.

This place is very clean, with laundry attendants on hand. They also have the drop off service where they will do your laundry for you. Not sure what the price is for doing so, but they offer it. The Machines are relatively new, and well maintained. There is a place outside if you want to fill up your water bottles. Oh and it is a 24 hour Laundromat.

The Laundromat was fairly clean, but the neighborhood is scary at 3am. (Don’t ask me why I let myself get talked into going there at such an inappropriate time) Anyhow, All things considering I felt safe. The security guard was dosing Off while pretending to do his job. There have several different size washers and dryers. I found the cost to Wash and Dry to be competitive with the majority of the other laundromats in the area.

Decided to come here because my dryer broke down all of a sudden. Once I got there and was about to dry my laundry, I was denied being able to dry my clothes because I didnt wash them there..

This is my first time here. When I first came and got out the car the owner gave me a basket and he was very nice, helped me get my with my clothes out my car. FREE park while u wash ur clothes, there are plenty of baskets. I love the fact that it is 24 hours, you can wash 2 to 10 loads 😁 wow thats great, you can get all ur washing done, its not busy at all. Its very clean in the inside and out, they also have soap power and softer that you can buy, sacks as well. Great dryers too use, if you need change they have machines to get change. Bathroom is clean, they have places you can sit down, also TVs to watch. Imma start coming here more often. Thank you.

I do laundry myself every few years, this place almost convinced me it wasnt as painful as I remembered. The machines are new and one of their gigantic dryers dried all my clothes in low temp in 15 min. I didnt even know such a thing was possible.

Absolutely, love this laundromat. Machines are relatively new and good. The space is big and the ceilings are high. So it doesnt feel cramped. There are amneties including vending machines and massage chair. The cost of washing and drying is high but I like how nice the place. Definitely, my favorite laundromat.

This place is dope. Wash your clothes here. 0.75 for a can of soda. Wifi is good. They got one pf those massage chairs. The music is 80s pop or hispanic horn, but always low enough to drown out with your headphones. The security people are nice, the wash abulitas are the best. Snack carts are nearby and a theres usually a produce truck nearby.
