I had a Clear & Brilliant session with Virginia and it was the best laser experience I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot!).Virginia was professional, sweet and very thorough. She makes sure not to miss a spot with the numbing cream and laser, and even sprays the bed with lavender to help you relax.There was also no pushy sales to purchase skincare or package, which I appreciate.Affordable prices, wonderful service, comfortable & clean environment - highly recommend!

Ive been getting tattoo removal with doctor Nina. Ive started my sessions of tattoo removal about six months ago. Ive had several dermatologist turn me down for my lower back tattoo., but Nina has done an amazing job at removing it. The staff all are amazing, location is perfect near Beverly Center and restaurants. Communication is great. I would highly recommend this location for Botox and laser hair removal. !

Ive been coming to La Cienega Med Spa for years and am never disappointed! I have had laser hair removal, vitamin shots and Botox and never feel pressured to do more. Im definitely conservative on the Botox and the technicians are so understanding and I never feel pressured to do more or try something new or more expensive. I appreciate the consultative approach I receive here and will keep coming back!

I started coming to Cienega Med Spa and I have been absolutely loving it! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful but I have to shout out Dr. Nina Farokhian! She has been doing my Botox and filler and has been wonderful. The best thing is, I never feel pressure to do more than I want, she makes me feel comfortable asking questions, always goes out of her way to make my schedule work with hers, and the results have been just what I wanted! Expired filler! I was a “training model” for half priced filler less than 2 months ago. I had 4 syringes total, 1 including my cleft chin. My chin is already back to pre filler in less than 2 months. I am willing to bet they pumped me with expired filler, they were going on & on about how much longer restylane lasts compared to juvederm, it’s absolutely no reason it should be gone already

I rarely leave reviews, but since this is super expensive and very important, I decided to share my experience after 6 sessions of hair removal.First off, my results are great. My hair is almost all gone after 6 sessions. They have very nice offices and their laser is great (Alma Soprano ICE). I did my research and this is the best laser in the industry by many reviewers. Thats very important. The front desk is very polite. Everyone wears masks and comply with COVID rules and restrictions.Its important to understand that your hair will not be gone after a few sessions. Youll need 6 at least. Just so you dont set the wrong expectations. I guess it depends on a hair type, but I did my research and some places lie to you saying you need only few, but thats not true. At Cienega they explain this to you as well.Hair removal is actually done by registered nurses! It makes it comfortable being nude when its in front of a medical professional. They use a lot of gel and make the session virtually painless. Super professional.The place is spotless and youre treated like a VIP every time. Really impressed and happy I made a decision to book my sessions here after seeing some horror stories from Groupon places.After all, I will be back here for other services they offer and to treat a few other areas.Good customer service goes a long way.

I had a appointment set for today and drove 45miles for them to tell me that they couldn’t accommodate me with the full service because of a time limit and that I didn’t have anymore sessions booked when they could have told me on my last visit or over the phone. Also never showed me what I purchased and never tried to sell me another package just told me ok and They hope I have a nice day as I’m going out the door when then know that I was highly upset. I will never recommend any to this place nor will I be back especially for the unprofessional manner and poor communication. I had a lovely in-person experience at Cienega Med Spa in West Hollywood. I rated this location a 3 out of 5 stars based on my observation through the experience I participated in.The overall customer service is excellent. The space is beautiful and everyone was nice. Yet, upon my first experience - I requested a session same day appointment Full face pixel laser with consultation. During the consultation - I was told that same day session was not available. Which in return was a red flag. I asked this ahead of time due to drive time spent coming and going and where I currently live. Normally, I wouldnt mind. Yet, sometimes its nice to do everything in one go.The next reason I gave a 3 out of 5 was due their communication and my spicifics. Due to what transpired in 2020 - I experienced an allergic reaction to wearing a mask MASK-NE. So, during my consultation I highlighted all the areas that experienced a form of trauma inflamation, breakouts and mini cysts. I noticed I was being talked into topicals ointments to alleviate my concerns which I did not need. However, I was firm in staying with my gut instincts regarding the laser treatment just to begin. Especially, since this was my first session with this office and I didnt know what the results would be. Secondly, on the day of my session - I noticed the technician did not oversee my skin prior other than placing numbing cream on my face. Which is a red flag. Because, each person has differences in pigment, differences in the type of trauma on the skin and the amount of time needed to address specific problems. On the other side of the same coin - the laser is the laser across all boards. During my session, the technician mentioned we would be ready to work on my face and only face. I had a instant moment and said i requested full face and neck. So, I saw that as a form of miscommunication. Nothing wrong was done, yet just an observation of communication not connecting. Once the session was done, I noticed certain parts of my skin were untouched between the face and neck which I wouldve thought wouldve been covered. However, given this was my first time at this office - I figured these people know what they are doing aaaand I was curious as to how my skin would look afterwards. Keep in mind, Ive done laser previously to know how my skin reacts based on previous sessions.Moving ahead, about the fourth day into the healing process - I broke out based on my skin flaring up. My first thoughts were, 1. Not enough laser passes were done over the problematic areas to solidify the trauma of the skin reasons for a consultation right?. Well, I now begin the process of healing again and start over. The amount of money Id say wasnt worth what I wouldve imagined. Yet, Im not sure the results of other offerings within the practice are great since I only did 1 treatment of a 2nd visit.To sum up my story as an experience. The ability to be a professional and expert is key in all areas of service. Yet, whats important is the ability to be open while listening to the needs of the individual while offering anything else afterwards. This is not a judgment, yet only an observation. Which in return is metaphoric for the level of service I offer professionally and how I show up personally. Asking questions is key for me and observing mindfully through body language what people do and dont do and what people say or dont say is important.This is just my two cents. Take this if it resonates or leave it be for someone else.Xx, J

This WEHO spa is beautiful and stylishly appointed. It feels very geared towards young influencer types, with hip hop blasting through the speakers and ring lights set up in the rooms. Abigail did my lip injections and let me just say, she is a MIRACLE WORKER. She did with one syringe what board certified plastic surgeons couldnt do with two syringes. My work healed beautifully and has held up well. My lips still look perfectly plump nearly three months out. She has made a lifelong customer out of me.

The girl is amazing! I have done so many peels and have gone to so many places for facials. I had scarring on my face that would not go away. She did the perfect dermal peel and after a couple of sessions I have seen huge improvement. Thank you so much!

I like that I was able to book online and know what I was paying upfront. My sunspots and maskne have been getting out of hand, so I opted for the photofacial and cortisone injection. Everything went great. I’m getting more IPLs to reduce the darkness and spotting. Excited to see results after a couple more treatments!

I absolutely love this spa. Everybody was so caring and lots of variety of choices of treatments. The injections are a bit pricey compared to some other spas but it is worth it. The nurse and nurse practitioner was very caring about my health history. I love the fact they offer free parking as well so I would not have to pay for valet or worry about parking in the curb. I highly recommend coming to this spa.

Okay, so I was able to finally get fillers under my eyes with Cienega Med Spa and I’m so in love with the results. I love nurse Abigail she was so amazing with me by making me feel comfortable offering me water and a blanket. All around the staff is just friendly and fun to be around. They treat you like family and that is what I love the most. I trust Abigail 100 % with my face and she’s honest and I’m forever grateful for her and this Cienega Med Spa. Thanks Ladies.

UPDATE: now someone from the spa has replied to my comment claiming that they don’t have anyone in their data base by my name yet i emailed them, called & was serviced on July 31st with all receipts. Stay away from these peopleOriginal: It took me a while to write this because I’ve been bed ridden& focusing on my health & recovery. I had very high hopes, I did the cool sculpting procedure the first day I visited because I was sold. The people were nice but very dishonest. I was told I would experience tingling and maybe slight discomfort during the procedure yet the lady Abigail was telling me how great I was doing because “people break down in tears during this sometimes” but I was telling her how it wasn’t bad at all. That contradiction should’ve been the first red flag. I asked what would I feel after the procedure and each woman there that i talked to said that it would be the same. Tingling, numbness, and maybe slight pulling or discomfort at the treatment area. This was a lie, and a completely underwhelming example. I experienced a month of excruciating nerve pain and I am still not recovered to this day. I went to urgent care and the doctor admitted me to the ER because she said based on my symptoms i needed a cat scan to see if there was any internal bleeding& they didn’t have that at urgent care. I will never in my life have that procedure done ever again and I am looking into lawyers to file a lawsuit against this spa as well as cool sculpting as a company to at the very least get a refund and my hospital bills paid for. I was so hurt & disgusted to find out about other patients like me after I did it, after me deep researching my symptoms. I absolutely do not recommend going here. Ever.

This was my first experience in Cienega Med Spa and hands down this place is gorgeous! Great location and free parking under the building. Staff is very experienced, I was having issues with Botox before, going from one place to another- and would never get good results until my visit to Cienega Med Spa! They injected 2/3 of my usual units and Im 100% satisfied with results! So happy I found this place! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

04/14/2021 Updating this post makes me think how someone can drag that long an easy issue and move on, it has been a series of back-and-forth emails with owner and phone calls with an appointed “issues to resolve staff” without any results.Last communication with the owner was at the beginning of April, “HI Eddie. I have to go through our doctor for this request” inexplicable reason, two emails later, not reply, silence…the request from my side was that I was no longer interested in returning to get the same procedure asked back in December 2020 with same technician or anyone else, not, definitely I will not go through the same problem, is my face and my money we are talking about here.Shes asking me to wait, wait for what? A Doctor that never saw me to begin with it? Really? If the technician has not state on her reports that I asked for Cannulas, is out of my control, that is what I have been having for the past ten years, and she did something weird that I have never done with my eyes.One start is too much on this review, sorry, I will go back to Sunset Blvd. with my Doctor, and by the way, a lot of unsatisfied clients are contacting me internally, I am not the only one here.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We recently move to Los Angeles from Europe. I’ve tried two other VIP skin clinics here in West Hollywood with mixed end results. CMS was next in my list for Botox and Fillers. So far, Botox is Ok. Fillers have been an unusual challenge, one side of my face is a bit puffier than the other, the issue have been the fillers that helps to reduce my under eyes lines and bags, In the past this problem was addressed with a specific cannula that fill-in and corrects it. I went back to CMS to have this procedure and correct the previous one, which it was three little bumps created by a small filler injected on both sides of my eyes. However, instead of the requested Cannulas, I was offered Ulthera Treatment, now I will have to wait for 3 months to see any improvement. 03/11/21 update, under eyes looks the same, now is 3 more months to wait and someone is supposed to call me to talk about it, and I was informed that they were busy. I want to trust CMS... Staff is welcoming, they have a variety of services, perhaps pricey for some. I will keep this post update as it comes

I attempted to make an appointment with them TWICE and it was cancelled without notice TWICE by Brittany. I immediately emailed them asking why my appointment has been cancelled again without any form of communication. I was emailed back saying they apparently couldnt get ahold of me via phone. Why did they not attempt to contact me via email if that was the case? I had no missed calls from them and no voicemails. My phone number and phone work fine and Ive had no issues with any other person or company reaching me via phone. It seems like a poor attempt of an excuse on their end. I guess they didnt want my business or money? I was so ready and excited to spend $$$$ on facials, botox, juvederm, etc. I guess Ill just go somewhere else that wants the business? However, Cienega really should be questioning why their employees are cancelling appointments for no reason... I wonder how much money their employee has cost them.

I absolutely love everyone here and the services. I gave 3 stars because Im positive the left part of my forehead was missed during my facial. I trekked back the next day and was told no, that side may just not have reacted to the laser, etc. I was positive when I left the day before it was missed (so I made sure to take a picture) and was going to just let it go because I knew Id be needing the facials once monthly.It stinks when you really enjoy the personality of those working there so you dont want to rebut what they are saying but again, Im positive the side was missed. I kept trying to push without being assertive that I knew it was missed, not just because lack lacked redness, but because I recalled in the chair while it was being done. Its ok to make a mistake as a provider, simply correct it and move on :) I decided to just leave it be and left disappointed. I need to do better in advocating for myself when Im sure of something.I had bought a 3 pack of vitamin shots that Ill probably let go because Im not sure Ill visit the spa again for the reason above. Maybe Ill visit the Santa Monica location in the future if I cant find another.

Super disappointing service. I’ll try them out again but they have terrible customer service skills and they really don’t care about making their clients’ $400 treatments special. Seems like they just rush people in and out, like they only care about money, they don’t care about their individual clients. Impossible to talk to a manager. It seems like they’re very poorly run, very little management at all.

I love this spa! I got bikini laser done by Janel and she is absolutely fabulous! She is super sweet and does a really great job!When visiting for the first time, I would recommend buying a package because you will need several treatments to receive optimal results. Buying the packages saves you lots of money, which I am always a big fan of :)

Ive had four full treatments here at I would highly recommend Cienega Med Spa. I came in for another installment of my Snow Bunny package which is a laser hair removal that includes full leg, underarms and bikini. The results have been great so far and the customer service from the time you walk through the door to right before you leave is phenomenal. They have a really friendly staff and professional and accommodating nurses. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and if anything needs to be adjusted then they do their best to account for that. My nurse for the past two times has been Nancy and shes been really great. Shes professional but friendly and has a really great way of putting to you at ease for your treatment.Its always really great for me to get to come in and chat with the receptionists, the nurses, and even Rose, the owner. Everyone is really friendly and it makes it a really enjoyable experience. Ive been telling everyone I know that would be remotely interested about this place. Its definitely worth checking out.

I recently started the process of laser hair removal on 3 areas of my body (bundle package) and so far, my first experience was a good one! The treatment was a little painful at times but it was definitely tolerable and whenever I would ask my nurse to adjust (the intensity?) of the laser, she did and that helped. She also checked in with me frequently throughout the treatment to make sure that I was comfortable. I am looking forward to having a hair-free body and I think I made the right decision in coming to Cienega Med Spa.

I went to this place about a year ago and I wanted to get a tattoo removed. I was doing the removal at a different location which closed without notice. When I first arrived I didnt know what to expect because of the experience I had at other places. I was blown away with the service I received, the nurses are fantastic as well as the services. You can tell that the staff really cares about the people that they help. When ever I come in they ask me how I am doing and if everything is ok. once I started doing the laser treatment my nurse would talk to me during the process because it is really painful. I want to say great job to all the nurses and staff that work there, keep up the good work. Your customer service is greatly appreciated.

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit couple of months ago. I had the massage and my wife had a massage and a facial. The waiting area was nice and also the massage rooms were really nice. I was able to relax fully and the massage was firm and nice. My wife really enjoyed the facial as well and told me she would love to come back.

I made an online appointment for a consultation, and I really appreciated their online booking system - easy to use. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and easy going. I was able to get the information I was looking for and skip the selling speeches. It was nice. My only issue is that I wasnt informed about parking - I paid for a meter that was pretty far away, but they have parking available at a lot nearby.

I love it here. Ive had facials, back facials and laser hair removal at this location. Tim is my favorite, favorite person. He knows so much and I completely trust him with my skin. Hes honest about which treatments are helpful and which arent; hes not a salesman at all. He really cares about your skin and wants you to feel good about yourself. Ive never met such a loving, compassionate esthetician, doing their job for such genuine reasons. I cant recommend him highly enough. Also the staff has always been so accommodating, polite and helpful. So happy. Its worth the West Hollywood traffic.

Have been to Cienega Spa twice for massages and it is definitely worth it (especially if you catch one of their discounted massage deals!). Seven (Mike) was great and made me feel super relaxed both times.Its not as fancy as other spas, but definitely a bit more classy than the average walk-in massage place.Id recommend it for sure.

Fantastic service! Between surfing and raft/backpack guiding for decades my skin has taken a beating from the sun and weather. The staff was extremely upbeat and very knowledgable on the treatments I received - making the entire experience very comfortable. The difference in the appearance of my skin is incredible. If I knew how great the results would be, and how much better would I feel about my skin, I would have had my first treatments years ago. I will definitely be back!

Ive been there a few times now (5 times or more now) for a vitamin drip and every time it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very nice and professional. EVERY nurse has been able to find a vein without any problems. There was about a 15 minute delay on my last appointment but the staff more than made up for it once I WAS in for my appointment. I like this place because they are always open and accommodating. They even opened on Labor day and was able to come in and get a service! I KNOW I can always count on Cienega Med Spa and have been completely satisfied thus far.

I received MIC shot and B12 injection today at the Santa Monica location! Very nice staff and exceptional experience! Doesnt hurt at all! I originally wanted the more expensive liquid fat dripping but the honest staff told me MIC and B12 shot would be most suitable for me! So happy with their service!

Have been coming here for almost a year for legs and bikini laser hair removal. Pretty painless but sometimes can feel uncomfortable. Im seeing good results on legs after 8 sessions but hair is still growing back. They say it takes 8-10 sessions so will be continuing. Everyone is nice and friendly.

I have been thinking about getting Coolsculpting done, but wanted to find out more information about the procedure, so I went in for the Freeze the Fat Free Consultation. The consultant was very knowledgeable and nice and took time to answer any questions I had. I was impressed with how nice and clean the spa was. I received the laser painless hair removal for my full bikini. I was nervous that it would sting because I had a similar procedure done years ago and it had burned. But at Cienega Med Spa, it was so painless, I was playing a game on my phone the entire time.Whats even better was that the whole staff was completely knowledgeable and friendly with helping me make my decision, and the whole process took twenty minutes. I was on my way in a jiffy with no pain. Very professional, welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend it.

Ive been to Cienega Spa several times for a massage. Seven is an amazing massage therapist, and his jade stone massage leaves you feeling so relaxed. The women who run the spa are always very friendly and make you feel at home. The street facade of their building has been under renovation for over a year, but the inside is clean and comfortable. Tip: the City of Beverly Hills has a parking lot just down the street (under the tennis courts), so you dont have to try to squeeze your car into the tiny parking lot at the back of the building.

The elegant office space, decorated in contemporary design, feels both inviting and relaxing in shades of gray and silver punctuated by creative touches. The warm and caring staff were completely respectful of my limited time and made sure I received all the information and personalized attention needed to choose services that were right for me. Everyone I spoke with felt genuinely concerned that I have the best possible experience which was exactly what happened.

I go there weekly and always receive great service. The injections I receive may vary depending on my needs. My last visit I had the Brighten Up Vitamin C & Glutathione Injection which was my first time getting that combination. It REALLY BRIGHTENED me up!!!!! I had a burst of energy the next day because I woke up cleaning my house and I went to work on the night shift and had an extreme amount of energy! My coworkers want the same injection because they kept asking what did I have and they want it. That injection is the best and I think I will be getting that along with my loaded Bs from now on!!! I love that injection!!!!! I would recommend this place 1000 times!

Today was my first session for laser hair removal for my upper lip and as advertised, IT WAS PAINLESS! The treatment itself took less than 5 minutes so it was convenient to do during my lunch break. My technician was Melissa and she explained every step thoroughly and didnt make me feel rushed to get out of the room. I am very pleased with the efficiency and the experience of today and look forward to another session AND hair loss :-)

I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal at the West Hollywood location. I have had it done at other places in the past a number of years ago, but always found it to be extremely painful, so I never even thought of doing it on my chest as it wouldve hurt too much. After searching online for a pain free laser hair removal place in LA, I came across the Cienega Med Spa. I went in for a consultation and was skeptical. The nurse offered to do a patch test, and to my surprise it was incredibly bearable. I did my full chest and abs there and then and bought a package deal. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service, the cleanliness and the design of the place. Everyone was very friendly and informative. And of course, the laser hair removing was amazing. My only critique would be it would be nicer if they werent piping club music throughout the spa, Id imagine something lower tempo would be more appropriate, but thats just me, and thats a small, SMALL price to pay for the overall great experience I had there.

I went for a consultation for Cool Sculpting. I had a hip replacement more than ten years ago and one leg is skinnier and less muscular than the other. Candace provided her thoughts about treating just the one thigh. She was very considerate and thoughtful. I have always appreciated my time with her. I have lowered my rating to four stars because I have been unsatisfied with the lack of response in email and returned calls from specific personnel, (one from the Santa Monica office). Candace has graciously and professionally agreed to be my contact.

I purchased a laser hair removal package and it is the best investment I have made. The staff were attentive to my needs, and made the visits comfortable and virtually pain free. At the end of each visit, I saw a visible difference and I couldnt be happier with the results.

You need to try this place out. Seriously! I went in for cortisone injections because I was tired of my old dermatology clinic. This place went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was it cheaper (my old derm doctor charged consult fees), the staff was super friendly and professional. I felt like a VIP. Nothing hidden from clients as they post everything online. I felt so welcomed and comfortable! This was my first experience doing an IV therapy! I got stuck in Denver overnight on a connecting flight this past week back to LA. The altitude and no sleep was really wearing on me by the end of the week. The entire staff at Cienega Helth Spa were so informative and very polite! Im impressed and cant wait to return and bring my friends!

First time coming in, all the girls were very knowledgeable. Came in with questions about the different injections. Ended up getting the lipo-mic injection. First timers dont be afraid, come in and talk to the girls first and they will direct you to what is best. Will definitely be back!!

These people are scammers and completely unprofessional. They asked me to work for them and I was not compensated for my time at all. I was not paid fairly and I will be contacting the U.S. Department of Labor and proceeding with a lawsuit.

Believe or not, just one treatment , the cool sculpting help me reduced my outer thighs fat least 10% I can see.It could be little pain with the area after 1-2 weeks, but it means help the fat cell to break away from the body.I thought its worth to pay for it, cause I had tried over ten years time and money in gyms, but no any changed before I took the cool sculpting.I believe the rate most time equals quality.

Huge fan of Cienega Spa! Ive been doing laser hair removal treatments since last year. Its nearly painless, as long as youve shaved you feel very little. I did laser hair removal in the past and the pain was horrible, so I thought Id never do it again. But then I did a test run with Cienega Spa on one underarm, and it was so quick and painless that I came back to do other bikini hair removal as well.Its so awkward to go in and laser certain parts of your body, but the nurses have always been professional, efficient, and friendly. I like that theyre all RNs - theyre really all about the latest technology at Cienega Spa.The spa is beautiful and smells amazing. Its a place you can really look forward to visiting - its white, clean, relaxing. I always get in and out within 15 minutes. I really like going and Im happy with my results!

I came here for laser hair removal and love the machine! They use the alma soprano which is the best because it hurts less than most laser and works on my tan skin. Overall the staff is very nice and the laser has been working well for me. Also love that I could book my appointments online and do all the sign in stuff online.

I made an appointment for a vitamin push for 11am. However, there was so much delay, that by 11.40am I was offered a complementary vitamin injection (takes less time than the push) for my inconvenience. Which was very nice.But the thing that really impressed me was the honest recommendation/ opinion the practitioner gave me, regarding my health plan. From all the options available, she recommended the cheapest one, because it was EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.Integrity is priceless!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I received a same day appointment when I needed it. Unfortunately, due to traffic and coming from out of the area, I was a half hour late for my appointment, but I called ahead of time to let them know and they held my appoinment for my arrival instead of making me reschedule! The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful. The facility was clean and professional. Since I was able to complete my intake paperwork online beforehand, there was no waiting once arrived. The IV Vitamin Therapy treatment was quick and easy. Im definitely going back and would highly recommend them to anyone!
