This is a outstanding little nook hardware keep. theyre usually helpful and sincere. i have made a number of runs over right here. most of the time, they have got what I want. every once in awhile they dont, but even then provide suitable recommendation. it is grow to be my cross-to when I want tools or materials.

Small store but had what I needed

Just a small useful hardware store in Westwood. Limited parking in rear otherwise street parking out front. And of course the prices will be slightly higher (location and low volume) but the convenience will offset that

I come here all the time because its the cheapest place to copy keys that I know of but these guys are quite cantankerous. Ive left there very angry several times because theyre so terse, but I dont know, sometimes I like them. Im writing this review now because after I asked if I can get a key copy the guy just looked me in the eye and said come back in 3 minutes. Im on my lunch break. Lol. Not bad, but just terse and annoying.

Guy at the front was very nice, somewhat helpfulHe couldnt make up for the extremely poor Management though. This store is by far the worst organized and most under-stocked hardware place Ive ever been to, and my go-to for years was a smaller hardware store than this. Front desk guy fully admitted that theyve had 0 washers of any kind in stock for monthsAvoid at all costs

Small but really good local hardware store. They have an incredible amount of stock for such a small place and the guys that work there are incredibly nice.

Awful. Soon as I walked in I felt a racist vibes. The employees were following me and staring me down. I was rushed out of the store after 5 minutes smdh. The employees are ignorant latino and middle eastern men. God bless and beware u cannot return any items bought there thats in packaging the prices are marked up complete scam. Go to Home Depot its worth the trip.

They keep the receipts of what you bought if you return an item even if you had some other items from that receipt! Not even a copy, just “allowed me” to take a picture!!!Also very poor quality of material and awful customer service.Just to update my review, a day after, they told me they don’t sell anything to me because of the bad review and asked me to leave! Well done!👎🏼

I asked the cashier to help me find some nuts and screws and he help me for about 30 seconds and then I went on my own to look for some that would fit. I was testing out different ones and he came back and looked at me and said “you’re going to clean this up right, and you better put them in the right place” As if I wasn’t going to clean it up and put it in the right place. He kept a watch on me until I was finish. Thanks a lot for the help and trust in me! Sucks being a woman going to a hardware store.

The folks here are super helpful and thoughtful. I dont go often but when I do, they have what I need at reasonable prices. This Hardware Plus is a great part of the neighborhood and community.

Its a real G*d-send having a terrific hardware store in the heart of Westwood once again!! The guys who run it are incredibly nice and the place is really well stocked, so no more time wasting trips to Anawalt!

Manager is rude and most likely a racist. This area has alot of Persian and middle eastern ppl and indian. Usually in these areas black ppl statistically experience prejudice and racism. Sad that it was a petty hardware store.

Really bad customer service. I went there to get a light bulb, I asked for help, one of the guys asked me how many watts do you need and he picked one. When I went home it wasn’t the right one so I came back to exchange it, they were closing and one of the guys I guess the owner told me he doesn’t speak English and told me to go in a rude way, then I came back the next day to return the item and the guy who picked the item for me told you can’t return it because the package is open which is ridiculous because I need to try it out to see if it is the right item and the package wasn’t even in a bad condition it was slightly open at the top where you clearly could see it was brand new. Anyways I would never come back again, what I’ve noticed they just want to sell, get the money and screw you up.

Thanks to your Web listings, you surprisingly came up when I typed in plumbing fixtures Westwood! Thanks for being there and so close and convenient to home. My contractor picked up and installed our new Moen fixture in the time it would usually take to pick it up from Home Depot, (if they carried it).Now, that I see you also fix lamps, Ill be in with two.

Great place... Good service... Good inventory

This place sucks. Went in with a part from a toilet. I showed it to the owner. He handed me the replacement part. Took it home and it didnt work. Went back to the store and he wouldnt refund or exchange because the package was opened.How else can you know if something works until you open it and try it??? Also his prices are 30% higher than OSH. Thats were I got the right part.

Great little store good feel and tools

Out of every kind of nut and bolt. Man working there said “this one is too popular so we never have it.” Why not just order more?

Worst customer service. All they care is taking your money and then screw you. Never ever I will go to this store.

This place just keeps getting better. Ever since the new guys took it over last year, both the service and the selection have been on the upswing.

Combative and Small - while there an older woman brought a part she got there. She had her receipt and wanted to exchange it for the right part. Rather than do it, they argued that would have never sold her the the wrong part...WHO CARES!!! Just exchange the damn thing. I also had 3 keys done...and they guy was distracted when doing it so they do not work.

We got skipped by 3 people on the line without having the register person say anything or what was going on, straight chaos , and then gave someone a 10 percent discount cause they spoke the same language...

Thanks for wasting my time, says open till 3:30pm on Sunday, get there and door sign says closed ob Sunday... Will never be back, or recommend.
