Kinda small for a gallery but since there is a full bar and DJ stand...Ill overlook the size ;) Although I was told it was partitioned so maybe I only saw the bar half (the good one)Great for small events. Because of the size, it gets really loud in there.Perfect for happy hour!

Their Hardware/Software & Customer Service is State of the Art.They have been there for me 24/7. Ive even called late on a Sunday and got the help I needed. I refer all my clients to Rack Alley for their Cloud Needs and will continue to do so.Their prices are more than competitive, beating everyone else I looked at. They have worked with me on several projects and upgrades. Always Pleasant Courteous and Knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have found Rack Alley early in my Cloud Needs.To me this is how a business is supposed to be ran...Keep up the good work!!!10 Stars!
Poor bandwidth, tons of lag. Was hosted by them in collocation for 2 years and never could get the bandwidth issues resolved. In the end they refused to refund me money i paid in advance and effectively stole it( Well over 100 dollars). Their customer service needs major improvement. Their Premium Bandwidth line is a ruse. The bandwidth we agreed on when i got my service was never provided even though i have it the agreement in writing and they admitted to it being a lie. Keep looking and dont get sucked into this company, they are not worth the time and will end up costing you in in the end. I have all emails and transcripts as proof if your interested. Sadly just had to disconnect after 3 years of solid service from these guys....moving offices. But theyre great, and I highly recommend if you can use them.

Our sales and support rep, Mohamed is extremely knowledgeable, always reachable and able to solve complex IT issues very quickly. I would call late hours on the weekend and received a fast response and a solution. Mohamed also help architect an incredible design for our servers that has tremendous long term sustainable value.

Ive had two servers with Rack Alley since January 2011 and have been very pleased with the service. Uptime has been top-notch and there have not been any issues not tackled promptly by the excellent support staff. Network latency is about as low as you can get. Support has even gone out of their way and made some good suggestions on optimizing my server setup. Some improvements could be made in letting customers know about network status and current issues.

It is important to be able to get reliable and outstanding service when it comes to technology services. Rack Alleys up time has been excellent, pricing is great, and support has always been available when needed.

We have been using RackAlley for hosting for over 2 years for a dedicated server. We have a high traffic site and their service has fared well. We have had some outages which have not lasted more than 30 minutes, but that is to be expected from any hosting companies. No hosting company has 100% uptime in my opinion, so just need to find one that has good prices and acceptable service. Service and customer support has been excellent.
Very happy with service. Have only had to call for help once, it was late in the day like 6pm. I got someone right away and we were able to solve the issue quickly but I didnt feel rushed in any way.As for complaints about service going up and down form time to time, that happens with any provider.Rent a router and its been reliable and fast. In fact, I have a Roku, AppleTV, PS4 and three computers and run them all wirelessly without the need to connect wires to router for speed.

Their Server has been down for 3 hours and We even couldnt contact them since their main website also down. We been experienced this issue 3 times for fast few months.
