These people are fraudsters. Made me pay with a gift card just to scam me out of 300$$

Vince and Jeff just installed our almost 1000mb/s fiber. The install was fast, professional, and comprehensive. I have been looking forward to getting Cable World in my area for years, and it does not disappoint.

These guys are great. Im a technical idiot and Im used to lots of attitude fromtechies. Eric set us up in our new apartment. He went out of his way to explainwhat he was doing and why in non technical terms. He offered to come backand make sure everything was working properly. I wish other businesses andconsumer services were like this. Thanks Eric, youre the best.

Finally switched to Cable World! The technicians (Neil and Svetlana) came to install the device in my apartment today and they were super friendly and very professional. They provided me some recommendations how to optimize Cable World speed and I would definitely try that. Bye bye Comcast! :)

Super impressed and pleased with Cable World so far. Neil and Svetlana were on time, friendly and quickly got the modem set up/ showed me how fast my speeds were compared to what AT&T and Comcasts speeds are typically like. Now I have very fast (and cheap) internet!

We were tired of Comcast low speed and high fees and decided to switch to Cable World. Neil Sigua and Svetlana installed the modem quickly. Nice guys. Great customer service. Internet speed is even higher than promised.

After trying ATT and Sonic and getting painfully slow speeds. Cable World was a great upgrade. After some issues with our landlord, the Cable World team help us get back online and help negotiate with out landlord. Neil Sigua and his team were great during the install and made sure we had the highest speeds possible (100+ Mbps!!).

If you can get this, it will change your life. No need to pay Comcast for cable modem fees, inconsistent service, and inconsistent speeds. Working with Cable World also beats having to call your ISP to give you a discount by threatening to leave.

I just had my installation by Svetlana Marinova...she was great! She was knowledgeable and fast. The service speed of 500mb/s + far exceeds my current Xfinity gig speed service which is clocking anywhere from 100-300 mb/s on the same equipment. Lets not forget that Cable World is $35/mo. with no contract v Xfinitys $89/mo with a two year contract. Thank you Svetlana!

We just got our Cable World installed in Berkeley after waiting over a year from the time we signed up. It was worth the wait. We were fortunate to have DeAndre hook up our phone and internet. He was an expert and had no problem connecting everything, plus he was over-the-top patient in explaining everything to us. Our internet is way faster now and were saving money after dropping both Comcast, EarthLink & AT&T (yes we had 2 phone lines, one was AT&T & one was Comcast). Life is so much simpler now!

I have used Cable World forever. I have never had any complaints about their service or employees or their policies. They are still my favorite Internet company since 2000.

So far, great service with no hassle! Wired speed test shows 200 Mbps and wifi is 50-80 Mbps depending on how far I go from the base station.The technician was on-time, friendly, and competent. He texted me about an hour before the appointment time, and we arranged to meet about 30 minutes early. He was great about explaining what he was doing, and the whole thing was done in about 15 minutes.And the price, online customer interface, and speed blow the established incumbents (Comcast and AT&T) out of the water!
