Very disappointed with this company. We were promised leads and they only produced 1 lead that had nothing to do with the kind of business we asked them to target for us. Also this company charged our card for a second month of service way before the first month was over, which we didnt sign up for and we have been trying for months to get a refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. There is not even a way to contact anyone on their website and the rep we were assigned Jay Belgrave doesnt return calls or repond to emails.Please contact me directly to clear up this matter. The information in your response is incorrect!I sent an email on 7/15/21 to Jay Belgrave terminating/canceling the campaign/service due to zero leads generated. I requested a full refund of the money that was taken out of our account. I am still waiting for you to refund the amount you took after we terminated service.Your response is incorrect, please check with Jay Belgrave, there is nothing pending from us, we provided everything requested in a timely manner.I have emailed and left multiple messages for Jay Belgrave and the last time I heard from him on 8/19/21 he said he put the request for the refund on the owner’s desk and it was waiting for approval. Wheres our refund for the 2nd month of service? We canceled prior to the 2nd month but you took out the money well before the 1st month was over.I cant believe you are surprised about the complaint considering you didnt provide the service you promised. You didn’t generate even one lead for us!

I was very hesitant about hiring this company, but I took a chance and it paid off immediately and has continued to be a great investment over the last couple of years. Ill start with the good: The representative that worked with me was great. He was very helpful, gave great advice, and he showed a lot of care and attention to my campaign. That was the best part of the whole experience.The unfortunate part was that the leads really werent good. I mean, when you buy leads you expect that theres some interest when you call them. Out of 300 or so leads we had about 3 people express interest. None of the brand new leads had much interest in SEO or web design.We received replacement leads for some of the ones that werent good. But overall we spent almost $1,000 and ended up with making no return. We went back to cold calling and had more results. We also got more results with Thumbtack.Its really a shame that it didnt work out. When you spend that kind of money you hope to at least break even.

The salesman Zach, is actually a great and extremely helpful guy. Things did not initially go as I expected, but Zach definitely went above and beyond to make sure that our mutual business relationship can grow.Easily one of the best customer service professionals that I have had had the pleasure of working with, despite the initial challenges.

Great leads a lot of potential with them. If you have a good sales process you should be able to close some sales with out having to go through a lot of leads but that depends on your sales experience.

Zach is a good guy and he will work with you to hit your goals. His ongoing communication is huge when trying to iterate different methods and find a solution that works. As we all know leads are all about trial and error, he does a great job.

I called a few of the contacts that were given to me. Apparently all of them said yeah and sure and please send me info...... But when I call them theyre like HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET THIS NUMBER ? Pretty poor criteria for qualifying, if you ask me. Youre better off doing it yourself.

Right out of the gate the marketing is not on par. No phone number? They claim to get SEO leads, but need SEO them selves? Use caution is my advise already shady tactics.

This company harvests phone numbers and emails and sells them to their clients.Their so called They opt in to get calls is nothing more than a sham.Theyll force you to say yes , no other options has worked ranging from who is this to stop emailing me.Theyll email businesses from a spoofed email so you cant track them down and they wont stop harassing you by sending 2-3 emails a day.If you get an email inquiring if you are interested in services, AKA Spam, just say good bye to your info. You might as well change the info to not get harassed anymore.

I do marketing for home service companies. I know 3rd party lead gen companies like Angies List, Homeadvisor and others. My impression of these companies is pretty bad. A lot of bad tactics being used to lure potential customers. So, I was really wary of Web Leads as a 3rd party lead generator for leads for me. I have been very impressed with them to date. The jury is still out as to how well this is going to work but I cannot complain with the leads they are getting me. For the most part these are legitimate people looking for marketing help. Many are not great fits for my business but a reasonable percentage are good fits. That is all it takes. Sales is hard and is a game of attrition. So far the funnel is making sense and I am sticking with it. I wouldnt be doing that if they didnt have such great support and werent so reasonable in helping me succeed. This is not a churn and burn company like Homeadvisor. Im impressed.

Total scam. They will lie to you about the source of their Hot leads.These leads are generated from spamming email addresses. The people I called were not interested in any SEO services.Buyer beware you will not get any refund after you figure out that these leads are not generated via ethical marketing such as Google AdWords campaigns. They are generated from spamming people who are not interested in your services.

These leads are cold as the ice age. Nobody that I got ever wanted help with their SEO and had no idea how they got contacted. One of the leads was actually a friend of mine and he even showed me that he never consented to being contacted by a local SEO professional or that he needed any help.
