I signed on with NKP for a new website and reputation management. After talking with my account manager/salesman (whatever they refer to themselves as) Ryan Kirk my hopes were through the roof after he promised me that my rankings would go through the roof and he would be able to increase my conversion rate of leads coming in. Everything was fine and communication was strong until I signed my website. After the contract was signed and they received my money Ryan completely removed himself from contact and was no longer part of the process. This is unfortunate because I just signed away 10s of thousands of dollars to someone who then just disappears after the ink dries. My website was designed and launched but my leads weren’t converting and my traffic dropped off the map. After months of them trying to figure out what was wrong with it and still no results, no Ryan, no promises kept I was forced to forfeit my contract (which they CHARGE you for even if they can’t deliver on their end). I couldn’t recommend not going through these guys more! Thanks for nothing.

I contacted another website provider and switched my services over to them. I stopped paying NKP because of their god awful service which my sales rep said, It shouldnt be a problem. We dropped the ball and we understand where you are coming from. A few weeks ago I received a letter in the mail saying that NKP was taking me to small claims court suing me for not buying myself out of the contract even though their services were horrible.They will lure you in with a sales pitch full of lies and chicanery, butcher your website and then sue you. Stay away from these crooks.

They wrote a blog monthly and the grammar and content was so terrible I had to re write it most of the time. Also, it took them about a week to post pictures and edit website and when the work was complete I was notified.

No thank you. We wanted a website with Shopify (simple request). After months of delay we finally received our site and it was awful. Broken links, distorted images, spelling errors and not to mention NO SHOPIFY! Like other reviews my reviews also have been erased. Heres what they mailed us back when I asked for the work. I wish we Googled this company before spending so much money.
