I had a phenomenal session w/ Nicole. It was like she totally understood what my issues were on a deeper level even though wed just met. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. Even though we started the session with me feeling completely on edge, by the end I was so much lighter and happier. I cant wait for further sessions. Highly recommend!!

This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and it was truly transformative. Nicole has a very welcoming and neutral presence that made me feel safe and comfortable. Our session allowed me to overcome a compulsive behavior that I have literally struggled with since childhood - something I did not think was possible. Its been a little over a month since my session and thus, I can also say that this experience was really a catalyst for multiple mental shifts that have dramatically improved my self worth and overall happiness. Several of my close friends have also had very rewarding experiences.

My session with Nicole was incredible. I was able to dive deeper into past traumas, get in touch with my inner child and really reprogram my thinking around these experiences.
