Very unprofessional with their future clients. Not as accommodating as you’d expected.There might be better option out there. So disappointing.

They had a person that was brand new doing my head. She did not know what she was doing. I was basically a guinea pig. I tried to get them to make it right, compensating me somehow. They didnt want to discount or refund ANYTHING! I gave them a chance to make it right. I talked to the owner and other management. I told them I was going to post something like this. They basically told me to go ahead. The lady did my head for 6-10 hours and the ink wouldnt stay in. I went through all this pain for no reason! Then she used to light of colors and had to keep redoing it. HORRIBLE experience! They eventually got me to one of their experienced technicians. They completed the work. It came out ok. I had to reschedule and travel from a long distance. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Usually if a company messes up they will fix things. This company...?!???! I guess they enjoy negative reviews and losing money. They will lose far more money with my negative review. When they could have just taken care of me. Whatever though.... this is what they wanted. There are MANY other negative experiences from others as well!!! I didnt mention ANYTHING about fading. So what are you talking about? Yes! I was put through 6-10 hours of pain with minimal / no pigment settling into my scalp. From your apprentice. Not even now, years later are they willing to make things right. Just denying it happened? Good Look Ink exceeded my expectations in all aspects, quality, customer service, etc, etc. Their goal at GLI is to satisfy the customer with great work and excellent customer service. Ive had the pleasure of meeting and working with some really nice professional people at GLI. Nice environment too!! Tv, drinks, like youre relaxing at home. I honestly think Good Look Ink is second to none.

Great staff!!!! Everyone made me feel so welcome. I feel like I made new friends with Bellan. She really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable right away. This was very important to me since my thinning hair line has been the cause for my greatest insecurities. I was impressed by the staff’s excellent customer service and professional demeanor throughout my visit. I was made to feel that my comfort and needs were always their focus, even down to something as simple as providing snacks and lunch! I look forward to my return to their studio for enhancements in the future. I have to say, after researching and speaking with other SMP solutions for over a year, I am confident I made the right choice in Good Look Ink and will recommend to others.

2nd session and this time it looks awesome. It is a process were the layers will be added until you achieve the look you are after. I did 2 seasons and I think I’m almost there. Amazing and talented artist, can’t say enough about her. Thank you!!

I had my procedure done in L.A. by Sarah, and she rocked! The whole staff was great. Like they were my friends right off the bat. They explained everything to me and the whole experience was top notch. The day went by really fast and was pretty painless. Sarah noticed I had a scar on my head from when a wooden sign hit me, and had the foresight to work around it to make it look more natural. I went out with friends that night right after I had it done and nobody said anything. Thats a good thing! If you thinking about doing this, STOP! Call them right now. It was the best thing I ever did.

Ever since I had my procedure done, my life has improved 110%. My confidence has gone up and I dont have to wear a hat every where I go. Ive been to both locations and was treated very nicely by the staff. My last visit (enhancement) was performed in LA and I can tell you that Salvino, Nancy and Shannon were like family; they treated me with such hospitality. Looking forward to my next visit which wont be a while since they did such a great job :)

I went to the L.A. office and I had a great visit. The staff was friendly and showed me how they could help me. The managing director was really cool he had the procedure done himself, so he knows the pain and helplessness of losing your hair. Of course he wants to get your business, but he also wants to offer people a way to enhance their appearance. I missed my ride to the hotel I was staying at and he drove me there himself.

Amszing experience!! Starting with salesman Dustin who held my hand and made sure I did not drag my feet, to Therese who was super nice and very accommodating! She made sure my experience was excellent. Shannon was an Amazing tech that provided excellent service. I am 100% satisfied.

Reconsider going to the L.A. location, the guy there is a joke! Hes very pushy and is all about getting the sale fast talker. Very macho acting he is. and his head looks like large tattoo map. I rather go to Hair Club where they care. I can tell this cat has practiced his lies to everyone. All of the 5 star reviews you reading are from employees yes.

I called after hearing the radio ad on KJLH. The guy who’s voice is on the radio ad is not even with the company anymore! I asked to speak to him and got every excuse but the truth. As a black man I wanted to speak to another black man, turns out there are no black people even working at the LAX location. I looked at the website and GLi caters to minorities but very few if any work for the call many at any of the locations. What turned me if is I was not given facts. Somethings shady at Good look ink.Don believe the lies! Black people and Hispanic people go elsewhere. Good look ink is a “Racist” company using blacks and Hispanics to profit off of. Liars! Phony management! Stay away from Good look ink

Poorly run organization. Hard to get the LAX office on the phone. Manager Teresa quoted me two different prices in two days. She was not concerned with my issues , she just wanted my money.I read some reviews and I see Imnot the only one who has had a negative experience with Good look Ink. Very negative vibe and disparate sales approach. I wont be using Goid look ink and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very satisfied with the whole procedure , starting with the beautiful 5 star location ,the Managing Director-Therese Jacobson was very welcoming &very funny did provided me with every information that i needed ,and also like to thank the technician : Billy & Cindy very professional.i will definitely recommended to every one who like to get a procedure done . My overall experience was quite satisfying. The staff was professional and very friendly. I found Salvino to be very personable and not at all pushy. I would confidently recommend Good Look Inc. to anyone interested in scalp micropigmentation.

Worst worst worst customer service and promises .. let me explain what happen with me in this office . I was looking for my scar treatments and end up on goodlook ink website . I called them and set up appointment and ,paid 1000$ . I went to office in La even though I m staying in Bay Area in California . they check a scar and quite confident to camouflage it with ink . And here again they ask me another 1500$ just for scar treatment .I paid and book appointment after 5 month after . I went there for treatment I was so excited and again they said we have to do whole scalp at time it would good for future appointment and all . I know they gone ask some more money. here they go again another 1400 $ . Ok let’s start process . it’s not as much painful as I though but the moment I ask about scar they flip and say we never seen this kind a scar before . I was shocked at that time . I ask it’s some kind joke I made trip in December just make sure you can check scar and let me know if you can help me with it I also send pics to head office in December . After procedure . They assure me some one from headoffice will call me and check With me about result and I was so disappoint they never ever called me back . I would say hair club and another hair transplants people are more professional then good look ink . I would not recommend this people and don’t waste your money . Save embarrassment

The LAX office was amazing!!!! Very clean, professional and Salvino and the girls treated me like family. Not once did I feel pushed or pressured to do anything. Everything was at my pace and to my liking. The whole time I was in the chair I tried to imagine what the finished product would look like and when the time came ALL EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED!!!! Dont think about going to GLI...DO IT!!!

Gave this company $1k went to court to get my deposit back i won a judgement and my deposit was still never returned! Taylor

The work is incredible at Good Look Ink. The staff was exceptionally professional, polite and highly skilled. Im not sure how Ronald got his opinion about Salvino. Salvino is very professional and his head looks very natural. He invites you to look at it and touch it so you can see the actual results of the process. I had great experience with Good Look Ink and highly recommend them.On the other hand, I went to the competition for a free consultation. First of all, the reception area had an old raggedy sofa for you to sit on, that is, if you can find an area on it between the cracks and the protruding foam. The price was much higher than GLI and the place is not nearly as professional or clean looking. If you go to the competition, believe me, you will RUN back to GLI.

I can not say enough about my procedure, and my new found confidence , since getting my MSP done at GLI Los Angeles. Salvino took his time and answered all my questions, and thoroughly explained the price, and payment options available to me. Let me start off by disclosing that this is not my real name/profile. I have a very visible personal profile/professional life and I wish to keep it private.I initially got my SMP treatment in December and my enhancement in late January. Overall, I continue to be very satisfied with the procedure. Whether it be appliances, car purchases, etc., I put myself in the extremely skeptical and demanding end of the spectrum for consumers.Once again, GLI (LA) did not disappoint with the continued high level of service and professionalism I demand from businesses as a consumer. I was quite surprised that to see that another customer gave GLI poor remarks with a separate review with their experience. I obviously was not there to witness their experience or say they are wrong, but this appears to be quite suspect given what I experienced in ten or more interactions with the company.I have to reiterate that the staff (Salvino), Techs (Shannon, Kathlyn) and support staff in Minnesota were exemplary to the degree that I would be proud to send close friends and family to them for business.
