Been giving us the run around on picking up our trash. Supposedly there was a ticket open. Priority status.Its been days over the initial pickup. Poor customer service. Too bad were stuck with them servicing our community. I hope their customer service gets better.

Ive called this company 4 times and all I get is false promises about them picking up our trash. A client shouldnt have to check up on their service provider to actually complete their service this much. Its been 3 weeks since the last trash truck came. The whole dumpster and alleyway are overflowing with trash! Judging from my experience this service is a joke. Please prove me wrong...

Old lady that works the scale is very rude.

I called them over and over again, its a pick up for food company and they are supposed to pick up the waste 3 times a week but they dont. If you can avoid this company please do so.
