Had a great experience with this law group I wish I had called them first.

I contacted Volkshori Law on behalf of my wife and me, because our home was in foreclosure. The house was originally bought by her father, so he would be close to us in his retirement years. Then he decided not to live there, so we were asked to move there instead and make the mortgage payments this we did.My father-in-law initiated a quick claim deed with my wife’s name on it, so if anything happened to him we would have a home. But then after dealing with his health problems and me losing my job, we got behind on payments. Then her father passed away and we got into real trouble financially, and the house went into Foreclosure. That is when I contacted Volkshori Law.We were first contacted by Nadia Sommereyns, Sr. Legal Analyst, she communicated to use that we were in fact eligible for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) setup by the U.S. Government to home owners in lowering their mortgage payments.She was very helpful and understanding. She walked us through what to expect and reassured use that everything would be OK, which really help relieve a lot of our stress and worries. We were to just leave it in her hands, she would contact the mortgage company and take care of everything and she did.One year later we received the new loan docs through our mortgage company, which was Wells Fargo, and if anyone has ever had to deal with Wells Fargo they know what a real pain they can be. The house is now ours with a monthly savings of approximately $400 dollars which includes an escrow account to pay for our property taxes and homeowners insurance.Volkshori Law has saved us from losing our house and home, so I highly recommend then if you are currently in foreclosure and need help.

Although there is so many good reviews about this law firm, I couldnt say the same.When initially hire them we got to talk to JOY for the loan modification and pay money up front to retain them she said everything will be taking care 1st and 2nd loan unfortunately she left the company and I got different people dealing with my case which may not have the full experience to deal with this issues. AND SADDLY I LOST MY HOUSE BECAUSE THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF MY SECOND LOAN!!!!!! At least Mr. Vokshori which I never met or his team should have advice us to take care of it, THEY NEVER DID IT!!!!!!!!. But Mr. Vokshori on a telephone conversation said that he did but he NEVER did otherwise my story would have been different.
