Had two live scan experiences here. Each time they fit me in quickly, and each visit was efficient at roughly 30min. Patricia was courteous and professional, and even helped me scan an electronic copy of the document I needed. Definitely recommend to anyone needing to be live scanned!

I had a pretty disappointing experience considering how expensive this service is. I paid $108 for 2 fingerprint cards and spent almost an hour there today. I waited 20m for Patricia to arrive, and was advised by the front desk to repark my car because the garage in this building is so expensive. When she finally arrived and took me back to be fingerprinted, Patricia took a call from her boss on speakerphone. They talked for 15m about her boss Range Rover being in the shop and how she should have gotten a Porsche while I just stood there. Pretty poor customer service in light of what you pay for.

Patricia was so friendly. It was a very positive experience.

Good, friendly, and thorough service! They caught and corrected a tiny but critical error I made filling out a form that wouldve caused lots of trouble down the line if it had gone through.

I was told to “wait” a bit of time for the livescan and ended up waiting close to an hour without an estimate of when I will be received. The front desk person would give me vague estimates and timeframes and was never taken in. After close to an hour of waiting, I left. The experience was unprofessional.

I had a fantastic experience with the whole team, everyone was very kind in answering all of my questions, after being sent from one place to another it was very much appreciated to have someone who knew what they were doing and did it happily and efficiently. Thank you to everyone. I was able to find meter parking, I was warned that the parking lot is expensive.

Patricia was amazing, she really went above and beyond to help out, even though it was shortly before closing she stayed more than 30 minutes late. Great person and great service.

I scheduled an appointment to get my fingerprints taken. I waited 30 minutes and although I was scheduled to be next, and the front desk person acknowledged this, the lady just took the next walk-in, ignored me and say anything! Terrible customer service and poor communication. Luckily, I scheduled an appointment with a different live scan agency (Attila Csupo) who was friendly, flexible and accommodating!

I found metered parking and easily made an appointment. I was referred here because I went to 2 other places beforehand, for various reasons. Anyway, the lady was nice, the view was beautiful, and everyone I met greeted me nicely. I was new to the area and new to the hiring process. Worth the trip.

I made an appointment and on the morning of, an hour before my appointment, got a text from the lady (didn’t know it was her because she never said it was her or replied back when I asked) just saying if I could come tomorrow because she had an appointment or something. She didn’t say who she was or that it was about the livescan so I went and found out from the front desk she wasn’t in all day. No hard feelings but that was pretty unprofessional and I still had to get it done today so I had to scramble to find another place. Please let your clients know more ahead of time if possible and say who you are lol.

Easy to make an appointment. The lady doing the fingerprinting was really nice and efficient. I found metered street parking easily enough but not sure if I was just lucky.
