This is not a paid review. I hired Universal Magnesite to have my balcony, stairs and walkway resurfaced. The project was completed satisfactorily. I give UNIVERSAL MAGNESITE is a 5 STAR company. They are very efficient, trustworthy, and provide quality workmanship. I called them for an estimate. Douglas the general manager was efficient in responding to my call. Their field supervisor George showed up at the designated appointment time to scope the project and provided me with an estimate. He explained thoroughly what the job entails (the sequence of events, the types and use of the products, and as a courtesy he even included the minor stucco repair on the wall not directly related with the project). Their office manager Sidney was thorough with the explanation of the charges. She answered all the questions and concerns I had prior to accepting the proposal, and, she referred me to George for all other technical questions. Their prices are very competitive. Their workers are very punctual. They arrived at the job site as scheduled every time and on time. Their workers Antonio and Rafael take pride in what they do and their attention to details is remarkable. I was present at the job site during construction. They explained to me what they were doing step by step throughout the construction process. I’m so glad I hired this company to do the job. They’re trustworthy and honest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNIVERSAL MAGNESITE to anyone looking to have their balcony, walkway, deck etc. resurfaced, repaired, resealed and/or waterproofed. THANK YOU!!!!!! for the job well done.
