Very Professional Service.The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile especially John. One of my forklifts was overheating two months ago, so I called up American Forklift and they had a guy come down the same day. Within no time he was able to fix the blocked radiator and had us back on track in no time. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a forklift.

Called in because one my forklifts wasnt lifting like it used to. They came down a couple hours and were able to fix it before the end of the week. It turns out one of the hoses was cracked and leaking, they gave me a fair price and even knocked off a couple bucks off the bottom line. Great service, great guys, and great price.

I read the bad reviews for this company but we needed a repair leaking immediately so I decided to go with this company. However, I regret because they replaced the broken part but then it started leaking again in a week. They told us theyll come to fix it but they postponed the day he was supposed to show up. And when we rescheduled, he did not show up on the day he was supposed to. I tried to call but it was very (very) hard to get somebody on the phone. The first business experience was good but they are terrible at following up.

Did Business with them, good experience in the begging, fixed our pallet jacks and even gave us a three month warranty. A month later we need a repair done on one pallet jack but they changed their number and the business is closed, shouldve seen that coming.
