Obviously have children working there. Giggling when they answer the phone, laughing in the background. I asked a question about a job, she put me on hold for 3 seconds and got back on the line saying they don’t offer the opportunity I was looking for. Not sure how you can inquire about something that fast but maybe they should fire the kids and hire some of the people calling and walking in looking for jobs

Everyone at Watts Los Angeles WorkSource Center was AMAZING. As a recent college grad, the job search was really scary for me. I mostly worked with Erin and Amanda and they were so helpful and encouraging. I found employment with them in just a few weeks and I am so excited to start my new job! Thanks for everything Watts Los Angeles WorkSource Center!

This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever experienced in my entire life. I guess they feel as though everyone coming here for assistance is uneducated with hoodlike mentality. Do not go here if you can avoid it. No help from case managers.. Laura is very helpful.. Ernie is the worst Case manager EVER! They put you on long holds when you call, cancel scheduled appointments when you arrive, and is slow at getting you into your desired classes. Ms Pam (manager), gets things done. The Caucasian lady at the front desk is very helpful. Other than that, enforces why I dont like doing business with my black people.

They opened at 8, called at 8:18, and Ive been on hold ever since. it is currently 8:28. I just wanted some insight on a hiring event that was supposed to be happening. I asked to speak to Mrs. Kennedy and Whomever answered the phone said yeah how may I help you and I proceeded to ask my question and midway through my question they said I dont know, hold on and put me on hold. I am Still on hold as I type out this review, it is 8:30. They just opened, how busy could they be on a Tuesday Morning 30 minutes into opening??I had to come back to edit my review. I was on hold for 17 minutes and 56 seconds and the phone told me I reached the maximum voice-mail length. so they hung up and sent me to their voice-mail instead of getting the person I asked to speak to.

Ive been hung up on 2x while trying to get information about how to get started. I wont even waste my time going into the office. If the service and attitude over the phone sucks then meeting the individual wont be a better situation AT ALL
