After connecting with Career Group in February 2019, and jumping through all their hoops, they sent my resume out to 2 locations pretty quickly. I was excited that I would have help in my job hunt. Unfortunately, after they submitted me for those two positions, I never heard from them again. I had to reach out to them to see if there was any interest in my resume, and they never got back to me. Fast forward to May 2021, I began to receive emails from them with potential jobs, all of which were well outside of the parameters for jobs I was interested in or qualified for. If you are interested in finding a new job in a reasonable amount of time, being treated with respect, or working with people who actually respond to emails or requests to unsubscribe, Career Group is not the place for you.

I have been working with career group for the past 2 years now & Joanna and Danielle are INCREDIBLE!!! I have never met such an amazing company that truly cares about your career and finding you the best match for work. Joanna helped me so much and found me my dream job in June and im so thankful for her!! This company truly stands out than any other recruiter company I have ever worked with! This is honestly THE recruiting company to work with for all your employment needs. I relocated from Los Angeles to Miami and found it to be extremely difficult to find a position during my transition because most of the roles required me to be in Los Angeles and being that I was in the middle of my transition, it didnt fit the organizations immediate needs. Lilyana Rubio is a star! She helped guide me in the right direction and align me with opportunities that matched me perfectly! If you havent used Career Group as a resource please do! Extremely satisfied with my experience.

I’m very happy that I came to this agency and worked with Melissa and her team. After the company I worked for closed, I reached out to her since she helped me out years ago and moments later I was in her office to talk about the next steps. Her and her assistant, Kristina were super helpful and supportive the whole time. After a few weeks I was placed in an awesome firm that I absolutely love.

This is a company that is making up fake positions in order to lure people in to their recruiting. The previous person who reviewed this company is correct in saying that they say you are not qualified for a position that you are absolutely qualified for. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the State of California.

Its a scam. They use bait and switch tactics with fake accounts. Even the reviews are fake about this company.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! This place was an absolute waste of time! I got called in the day of the interview after I applied for a position I was seeking online. The interview was not what I expected at all. During the interview, I was basically critiqued on how my resume looked along with hearing bogus stories of personal work experiences. I then thought to myself, why am I here? The girl interviewing me was frustrating me and completely wasting my time because I was basically told the position I applied for wasnt available. You have to be very careful of some of these employment agencies! Many people who work there get paid for every person they bring in regardless of if they have a job openings. I was completely dissatisfied with the person who interview me, and I was even told they would get back to me and they never did. I even followed up and still heard nothing!! Its a real shame that some of these companies are still in business.

Serene Ford was amzaing, she listened and took care of my needs. She is very professional and sweet, and very smart and wise in handling any situation. I am very happy with the services that I received. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to seek jobs with Serene Ford.

Company doesnt pair your with jobs to help your career. Its a scam.

I just called to reach out to a recruiter because the one who I came in and registered with has done nothing for me after a week leaving her office. I was told by the administration coordinator that I would need a name because they each have their own system and she couldnt just type in my name and look to see Im registered and pass me to another recruiter.Its frustrating looking for jobs these days because of agencies like this. If I could give no stars to Career Group and their set up I would. What is the point?
