Oh my gosh. This is bizarre. I am from Montana, I have an autoimmune disease and was trying to get smoke for pain, immediately after flying in. THC/CBD oil and some smoke. I do not know the laws about asking questions on products and such. Yes, I had problems w my phone reception and was not able to go into store and was trying to do what I needed. No idea why they think I’m a competitor. I left a negative review bc I was hung up on, with no explanation, except my manager doesn’t want to deal with you. I never was rude, raised my voice or anything. I literally was trying to do what I was told I had to do to order. I was just informed from my another cousin that other stores are not like this. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. I ordered a half and they arrived within 30 minutes, which I appreciated. I ended up not having my card on me (I’m from out of town) and wasn’t able to pay once he arrived so I had to cancel & said I’d call back tomorrow when my banks open, apologizing for the trouble. If you cant leave home PVMD is the one to call drivers are always on time and super friendly sometimes hit or miss with the product , but that falls on individual companys not PV.
