Jose is the most pleasant man Ive done business with. I came to him with a laptop that had broken hinges. After taking a look at the problem and finding replacement parts, he realized that it would cost as much as getting the same model laptop used and in good condition or a cheaper new laptop. I dont know where to start. Jose picked up my urgent call on a Sunday evening and was even willing to take a look at my PC after he finished a prior appointment on the same day. I had a computer that had a defective motherboard. Not only did Jose help me with the issue my computer had. He also helped me by telling me the exact size that I needed to replace the fried motherboard and was very responsive throughout the whole procedure. My 2013 Macbook Pro randomly gave me the black screen of death and was worried that I may not be able to get my laptop into working condition.Jose was very professional, provided me photos and a very detailed explanation of the issues. He reassured me that this problem was fixable and managed to have my computer back up and running within 24 hours.And where as most other repair stores can be very pricey, Joses service fee was very reasonable!Would 100% recommend his services if you have any computer issues!

What an easy process. I moved my PC dual monitor desktop over to my boyfriends house so we could quarantine together, but when I got to his place and began hooking my PC up normally, everything had stopped working. After reading all of the amazing reviews, I called Jose. I dropped off my computer at his apartment, since he is currently working from home, and within 24 hours he was able to deliver my computer back to me. He went above and beyond by standing outside of my window while I assembled everything and then he waited outside for 15 minutes while I fooled around on my computer to make sure things were in order. I will definitely be calling him again--hopefully not anytime soon though lol THANK U JOSE!He wore gloves and a mask our entire interaction and remained 6 feet away from me! Without any warning, my laptop started shutting down at random points throughout the day, which made work almost impossible so I needed it fixed that afternoon. When I called Jose, he agreed to fix my laptop that afternoon and into the evening to make sure I had it for the next day. He even followed up the next day to make sure it was still running well. In the end, Jose had to replace my hard drive and operating system but it did it for a really fair (and low) price and now my computer runs better than it has in years. Ill go back to Jose for sure if I need any computer help in the future.

For a new one it would of cost $300 he found me a used part still in great condition on eBay for $115. He keep me updated through the whole process.
