They should not be called repair store. It is a totally wasting time experience. I brought my motherboard with processor and memory, just want to ask them to take a look which part is broken since it fails to output the signal. As usual, any normal repair store is capable to solve the problem. But in contrast, they showed a very bad attitude. They did not help me find the problem, but directly recommended me to buy a new one from them with almost 2 times for the market price. Not 1 star but 2 stars just because they still operated on holidays.

Rich at D&G computer repair and laptops is knowledgable, capable, and very proficient. He transferred my hard drive to an external disk, and his prices are extraordinarily fair. I will go to him for all of my computer repair/service needs from now on. He is honest, and if he cannot fix something, hell be forthright about it. He is very thorough and professional. I recommend his work without reserve. He also gave me very good advice on other projects.

Rich is the best! Cracked the screen on my Chrome Book and Rich ordered the new screen and literally installed it in 4 minutes. Best Expirience Ever!! I am so happy I found Rich and will use him for ALL computer issues in the future!!

They helped me get my iphone charging without replacing the charging port. I guess it was just blocked by compacted dust and lint. Honest and friendly staff.
