Asked for a deep clean and was charged accordingly. It was the worst clean I have ever had. Mya responded and sent great cleaners to make it right. Wrong. They, too missed much, and not only that; one set of the cleaners damaged the face of our expensive, double door refrigerator. I dont know what they used but its permanently streaked. I use a truck when cleaners come. I put some dental floss in a bathroom trash can. Still there after both sets of cleaners finished. Many other things not even dusted, after I pointed them out to the second set of cleaners. They were a joke but unfortunately, the joke was on me.

My apartment needed a cleaning and I decided to try their service. The company is good and I was very satisfied with their work. They were on time and did everything I asked. My son and daughter-in-law moved out of their one-bedroom apartment. They had used Mya before and liked them so I said I would gift their moving clean out. The two women did a good job. They were prompt, efficient and very pleasant.But after they left, I felt that the kitchen floor could have been cleaner. I was flicking little pieces of dirt off with my fingernail! Maybe it needed another go over. Overall, it was a fine job. The customer service is great! They’re a bit pricey (with added tip) but I didn’t do much research into other services and their reviews were good.

I am so lucky that I stumbled across this great company! I was panicking b/c my apartment was a mess and I was moving out. I called them and they were able to get someone out in less than 24 hours! They stuck their original quote and there werent any hidden fees or anything. Maid did such an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom, she was polite and friendly too. They even gave me tips to help keep my place clean in the future. I passed my final inspection with flying colors (got my security deposit back) and I owe it all to Mya Cleaning Services! The owners followed up with me the day of and the day after to make sure everything was satisfactory. Ive never encountered such a customer service oriented company in Los Angeles that was so friendly, hospitable, professional, and overall fantastic! I will say that Mya Cleaning Services had had the best customer service that Ive ever dealt with. They have offered and outstanding level of customer service to my tenants in the building and to us the managing partner for the owners asset. Manager has always provided me the level of service that I expect. They have always been on time and always have communicated with me with their service.

Very satisfied! I ordered a move out deep cleaning for our loft. Three lady came and they did a very thorough work. They cleaned every spots such as the toilet, cabinets. Ive been using them for over a year and would recommend them 100%! Really easy to communicate with (theyll even do text), and very accommodating whenever I need to change our biweekly schedule or add an extra cleaning in.I always work with their team, and am constantly impressed with how cleaning girl remembers our preferences each week and how spotless the place is when her team is done. She always tries to accommodate any special requests, like sweeping the patio, and lets me know if she needs to stay over and charge more for those as soon as she can. Exceptional service. From the initial communication with Gloria to the willing and humble ladies that came to my house, they left me feeling very satisfied with the condition of my home. Very Happy with the service. The House cleaner came on time and cleaned everything wonderful. Felt like I had a new place. She was able to clean my teenage daughters bathroom and clean up and make her bed.. That area is usually a disaster. My kitchen is sparkling and so is my fridge. I decided to try Mya Cleaning Services and am happy I did. From the time I called them to the actual service being done they were responsive and answered all of my questions. I am so glad they sent Neomi! She was detail oriented, hard working and did a great job. She brought a huge bag of cleaning supplies, a vacuum and mop. She vacuumed, cleaned every nook and cranny on the floor, did the dishes, cleaned the countertops, toilet, sinks and scrubbed the stove white! She even cleaned all of our windows, mirrors and the inside of our fridge. Im so glad she came. She did a great job. On top of that she was very friendly and asked if she could do anything more or better at the end. I will definitely use them again because of her!
