My friend had a very bad experience here. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude! She didnt have a name tag and claims her name is Melissa. Melisa definitely needs to some customer training classes ASAP!

Very bad experience because I sent a payment to the gas company and almost 20 days and the gas company has not received it and they just sent me a receipt with extra surcharges.I call the exchange house and they give me a costumer service number where they dont answer me and just leave a message.I dont know how to get my money back
